Went in here for a quick meal when it wasn’t busy just one other guy in there 2 sandwichs and a strawberry shake. Ended up waiting over a half hour as we watched the staff goof off and laugh when asking for my order for the third time. Maybe one guy who was actually doing his job at a decent pace

I should have read the reviews on this location before choosing to spend my money here. I ordered a BIG Sicilian(Italian+meatball marinara) with Italian seasoning and Onions only to then commute 45 minutes home to Indiana and find that I was only given a meatball marinara and they didn’t even add the toppings I asked for and instead gave me a copious amount of mushrooms. I’ll never be returning to this location.

I don’t normally write reviews but after multiple visits with incorrect orders, something’s gotta change. It’s like they just give you whatever they want and don’t even bother with your order. I’ve been overcharged by nearly 100% because I paid for something I didn’t even order. Honestly, the food is pretty good when you get it but what’s the point if the order is never right? The workers are nice enough but a little more attention to detail is needed.

The very worst customer service I have ever experienced today 12//16/2025. The manager and the entire staff were extremely unprofessional. The food was unacceptable. I ordered the garden vegetable soup and a wreck sandwich, they both were awful. Spoke with the manager, totally useless! Ask for customer relations phone number so I may lodge a complaint, the manager asks me to hold for the number, and 17 minutes later, I’m still on hold. Unbelievable!

Against my better judgment, I ordered two sandwiches off the app on a BOGO day. Not only was my order wrong, but the chicken inside of my chicken club was COLD! And my other sandwich was completely wrong. I am very disappointed and I WILL be reaching out for a refund.
