I don’t live anywhere near here, but I come here quite often for work or for catering items. I can say that everyone that works there is amazing! It is clean. And the manager is so considerate, thorough, and professional! He makes sure that all the customers are happy and satisfied with their meals. I will continue to do business both for my personal lunch items, as well as catering events! Also, Potbelly is a great business because you get coins from when you order stuff and there’s no other sandwich place that does it like that because it is the best deal… and they have the best sandwiches out of any place ! They also have amazing salads!

I don’t eat at Potbelly very often, but since it was nearby and I was in Park Ridge for work, I decided to stop in. Susan greeted me warmly and took my order with care. I appreciated her suggestion to remove the mushrooms from my Pizza Melt, and the Churro Shake was absolutely delicious. Overall, I was grateful for such a pleasant experience at a place I don’t visit too often. Thanks again to her and her team!

Quick friendly service. One of the best Potbelly locations around. This place is always clean well-staffed and the food comes out as you would expect. Parking can be a bit tight but it’s a free lot for the most part. Definitely recommend this for a quick bite

I really enjoy and love Potbelly’s sandwiches, but unfortunately I have to leave this bad review for this location.
Today I ordered 3 sandwiches through DoorDash, mine being a Grilled Chicken. Upon receiving I opened my sandwich and took a bite. It tasted sour, and the bread was soggy, due to doordash taking almost 30 minutes to deliver the sandwich. When I open the sandwich I found that half the bread was moldy. I notified DoorDash as soon as it happened and they issued the refund. It just amazes me that none of the people preparing the sandwich saw it. Absolutely no quality control.

Store was really nice really. Clean and looks cool. I would spend more time. Parking is rare side and free. It wasn’t really crowded. ✅ unfortunately restroom wasn’t enough clean and I am sure they will fix it. Thank you✅

I used to LOVE Potbelly! The shake variety has greatly diminished as have the sandwich toppings… and the 2 kids sandwiches we purchased today ; they are 1/2 the size of what they were previously (see picture for size comparison with Doritos bag purchased there). I asked right before ordering to compare original vs kids and we got way smaller than the kids size they showed me! The last 2 times the QA prior to giving my order is sub par – they left out a variety of items. Also in the past few years, I’ve had issues with the app – paying in store and the slowness with ordering through the app. I do love the Powerhouse salad; delicious hummus on it! I find it funny/not funny Potbelly’s response to the negative reviews is nothing more than email us if you have issues and we hope to improve next visit. How about you rectify the situation with this customers?!

First time in. Manager took my order..She was very nice and even gave me a choice of cookie for being a first time customer. If only the young man making the sandwich was paying attention. My order was so wrong. No cheese, onion (which I didn’t for) and no pickles. I could have gotten over the no cheese, but the onion completely ruined the sandwich.

Susan Eric and Tom make this restaurant a must visit. the customer service is all smiles by Susan, Eric and Tom provide the chillest effect and the food is a reflection of the service and care the staff provides I was knocked off my feet with the salad and the service. Pay this group a visit and get the Apple Walmut salad a must have Susan will show u how to mixture the dressing!!! A really fun and unexpected experience!!! thank you staff!!!!
