Prime rib sandwich had way more gristle and chewy bits than I would have expected. Also for a toasted sandwich, it was barely warm. My friend loves this sandwich so maybe I just got a random bad one. The broccoli cheese soup was decent, though it had very little broccoli. Staff was nice though and it looked clean.

It’s confusing to order a new person coming into the shop but, the food was quite delicious. The sandwiches are warm and fresh with really a good selection of toppings. The place had a nice feel to it and welcoming. The Italian was my favorite and was good with the thin sliced pickles.

The dining room has a very old world feel to it with turned wood railings and furniture.
I really enjoyed my time here.
One unexpected thing is that for me the doors were very difficult to open I think because they had very powerful air exchange and cooling… Or Maybe I’m just weak! got to get into the gym more often I suppose.

Great atmosphere for a weekday lunch rush. The employees had everything under control even with a line it moved very smoothly. There was even live music to have a nice mental break from work. Turkey club with pickles was yummy and warm and just what I needed made my hump day better.

Don’t go to this location on your lunch break. They prioritize internet orders and they will make you late for work. Also it would be less annoying if they actually pay attention to you versus laugh and joke amongst the staff while you try to place the food order in person

We love Potbelly, frequent many locations and my wife used to work there, so I know this is not normal. That being said, the sandwich bread at this Potbelly is rarely cooked all the way through. I have brought this up on a few occasions both to employees there and to Potbelly’s website with little care or no response. I waited to write a review because we assumed it was a temporary issue, but this has been happening for over 6 months now. This is our neighborhood Potbelly but we are done giving second chances and will drive to further locations.

Overall if you want subway and are willing to sacrifice some quality for quick service this is a decent choice. As for the food I had the Prime Rib Steak sandwich overall pretty flavorless and had a distinct lack of sauce. The veggies were also pretty old, though maybe this is because I had it as a late dinner. The mac chili was ok but similarly lacking in the flavor department.
