Asked for a shake around 3 hours before close and they had the typical McDonald’s trope answer: “We ran out of ice cream”. The employee with the Minnesota hat was dismissive and rude throughout the process.
Employees were just watching videos on their phone in the food and not paying attention.

Had a great time dining in the store talked to the staff while building my own sandwich. Nadia and Brandon were both amazing workers, kind and made a great sandwich. Sandwich tasted delicious and the shakes are great as always. Will definitely come back to the store. 10/10 sandwich bro.

Waited 30 minutes AFTER the app told me that my order was ready. What the hell. There was no compensation or even anything to make up for that time. THIRTY MINUTES. Tell me why I waited half a hour after the app said it was ready. This is bullshit.

Great sandwiches, quality bread. But they brew the iced tea when they feel like it, which is about fifty percent of the time. Iced tea is a cornerstone of civilization and the bottled offerings don’t compare to the freshly brewed stuff. I would love you more if you brewed the tea.
Update 5/2/2024 – I returned and lo and behold! Still no iced tea. Shame.

Bacon wasn’t fully cooked and the lady forgot mayo even though she had repeated it back to me. Super slow service, my boyfriend and I were the only ones in there. I’m not to upset over the slow service or the mayo, I just want you to know it’s not okay to serve bacon like this! That’s how people get sick! Please fix this.

i had to wait several minutes for either of the two employees to acknowledge me, i was the only customer. the first directed me to order with the second, but she didn’t really acknowledge me or take my order, so i ended up back ordering with the first employee after standing around waiting for longer. i got a banana shake that was super super melted and runny and tasted like bubblegum medicine. i was really disappointed in the food and service
