Been meaning to write this review! About a month ago, I stopped by one night after dashing all evening and was starving. I don’t go to Potbelly often and wasn’t sure what to order, but the customer service at this location was outstanding. A staff member (asian male) was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. I decided to try their skinny combo deal — such a steal, and I love it. He explained how the toppings and drinks work and made me a warm, delicious sandwich. His professionalism really stood out, and I left genuinely impressed. I’ll definitely keep coming back here — it’s far better than the Valley Creek Plaza location.

I am floored in the best way and hoping I could shine a light on Dawn from the radio drive woodbury location as I was on my lunch break, went out to get food as normal and realized I never transferred my wallet to my work purse. I tried to stop the order but this wonderful employee decided, really sprung up to pay for my meal. I am inspired in a time that is so turbulent. Thank you Dawn I will be paying it forward!

We’ve been a few times and enjoyed it. However, today we went and my wife’s sandwich tasted like peanut butter, which is a safety hazard at worst, off putting at best. My wrap was so messy and they just dumped the sauce wherever making it soggy and wet and gross. I don’t know what happened, but wasn’t the best experience.

Be aware of slow delivery service!
Placed an online delivery order around 11am for 2pm delivery and didn’t even get it on time. I spoke to a girl that said DoorDash didn’t accept the order. I didn’t get the food till closer to 4pm & when I spoke to DoorDash they told me the order wasn’t even put in until 3:10pm, the only refund I was offered was delivery fee.

Ordered 3 sandwiches via Postmates. One for dinner and lunch the following day, and one for my Mom. Both of my sandwiches was the most salt I’ve ever had on a sandwich that I can recall… to the point it was hard to even finish it. Never even asked for salt to be added…. Called to speak to a manager and he said there was nothing they could do for me. For $30, wouldn’t get sandwiches from this location again

Super long wait here. If you’re a Doordash Employee, I’d estimate a half hour wait. Online orders were not ready when I arrived. With eight employees working, it’s a surprise. Employees may be overwhelmed, what with customized sandwiches and drinks that need to be put in blenders. It’s like a subway and Starbucks in one. Service is somewhat okay but you have to be assertive to get anyone’s attention.
