The food is good and personable service, yet there were oddities, like ice cubes outside the building, the front door doesn’t have Friday or Saturday hours listed and a few other order related things.

I normally don’t do bad reviews and this location is normally great with customerservice and preparing the menus, but for the past few weeks it has been horrible. Customer service has gone down. Normally staff would great you and repeat your orders back to you so you know they have it correct.
This afternoon my wife and I ordered two sandwiches and two soups.
My wife orders a “skinny” Avocado turkey and a garden vegetable soup.
I ordered a original meatball sub and loaded potato soup.
I believe the cashier Is Ashley, so it says on our receipt. She stated do we want to add anything to the Avocado turkey. We stated we want, lettuce and tomatoes added to the sandwich with no cheese please.
After we received our order we stopped in the parking lot to eat our food, my wife started to eat her sandwich and realized she cant taste the Avocados or turkey. So we opened up her sandwich and saw they only put one small thin slice of turkey. No AVOCADO?? only lettuce tomatoes and cucumber, and a thin slice of turkey.
How do you have a “Avocado Turkey sandwich” as a sandwich and have barely any/none of those items in the sandwich? This was not okay!
We wanted to go and get it corrected but when turned around to go back to the restaurant to talk with the staff. This location closed an hour early. We couldn’t do anything. So I’ve decided to write this review.
I understand it is hard to keep staff and have staff for shifts, so the closing early is understandable. But the food quality and efforts in making the sandwiches was very poor.
I love potbelly, but this was not a good experience. It takes alot for me to write a poor review. I am a culinary arts specialist, I understand that these Things happen not that they ever should, but this has happened multiple times already and mainly in the afternoon.
I hope you can do better. Potbelly is a wonderful restaurant and to many people it is a great experience. The staff should be proud to work at a great and well known restaurant where people love your meals and deals.
We where regulars to potbelly. Please fix this for your customers.

Ordered online for my first time and everything was good. Went thru their drive thru for pickup. Fast service. Signed up for perks online. Glad I looked them up. I ordered the wreck sandwich, bacon mac & a strawberry smoothy.

Food is always amazing. But I have went a few times in the past few weeks and there hasn’t been any utensils. First time I got soup and no spoon. The other 2 times I got a salad and no forks.

We ordered our food I ordered skinny sandwich and cup of pot pie soup. My husband ordered a sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup mine came out great my husband’s soup was half full and all dried out. It was obvious it was the last of that kind and sat for some time. So I went back and just asked why they only filled his half way and said it was fine if they were out of that soup that he would take a different kind the cashier looked confused so the girl I believe is a manager came over and asked what was going on so I repeated myself and she said we are not out and walked to the back to get a new bag. She had zero personality and did not look happy to be there. Not even a hey sorry about that nothing.

If you go through the drive thru, expect your order to be wrong nearly every time. If they would read it back to you it would probably help, maybe not. And one girl (for a long time) at the window always looks like you are a huge inconvenience by ordering food from there. And we do it quite often for our office. Zero customer service or attention to detail at all. I know it’s my choice to put up with it, but maybe the franchise owner will care to hear. Everyone I’ve talked to has this opinion for this location.

Food is always decent at this location but the service isn’t good. We have always been treated rudely and it makes us want to go elsewhere. It is also pretty expensive for what it is.

First time experience was not as good as it could have been. All 3 employees working were not helpful with the menu or asking options for toppings. My avocado turkey was made with no avocado and had hot peppers on it that I never ordered. My salad was excellent but it was pre-made. If I go back I will order online to hopefully get better service and be able to order exactly what I want for toppings.

today, i went to potbelly for the first time in a very long time for lunch. for it being 12:30, the speed and accuracy of my lunch was very fast and i was impressed, as i work in fast food as well. however, the woman who took my order sounded very upset and didn’t really aid me with the menu at all. she wasn’t necessarily rude, but as a service worker, i have never, and would never take an order in that tone. i understand she may have been having a bad day or she was annoyed through lunch rush and i completely get that, but it felt as if there was a disconnect between us. i’m not sure if management is reading this, but if they are, i’d say to try and stay on top of employee’s warmth towards customers. it would have been a 10/10 experience if she was a little bit nicer!
