Manager Madeline is RUDE!
No time for good customer service.
Made me the most disgusting chicken bacon sandwich with dry bread, 4 small slices of cold chicken, completely wilted lettuce and ends of tomatoes not to mention the disgusting slimy pickles, when I complained I got a major attitude and said she would remake, NO THANK YOU! Wouldn’t trust her to make me a new sandwich.asked for refund and was told she didn’t know how to do that! I guess the general manager may handle this differently but for the time being I’ll be contacting the corporate office.

Decided to try this because of a commercial we saw. Passed it by many times before.
Walked in to nobody in the place but three employees. They were very friendly and quick to answer her questions seeing as It was our first time.
We decided on two sandwiches. The meat and cheese portions were pre-done so I guess you can always expect the same amount each time you order a sandwich.
We selected the toppings and want to get bagged up quickly. Each of the two girls that helped us were very friendly.
Did find the prices pretty high seeing as 2 “Original” sandwiches without chips or soda were just over $20!
Good, but nothing special enough to warrant that price, in our opinion.

This place has the worst customer service. This is the second time in drive thru that I’ve had issues with the male on the other end being extremely rude. 1-5-2026 around 1145am. I ordered a big wreck with everything on it like usual. My friend doesn’t go there much so he said the same thing just no onion or tomato. The rude employee said so what do you want on it? My friend said whatever else it comes with. Rude employee said so just meat and cheese, cool. Got it. We drove away. This was after we left firehouse next door for another rude employee there. The female manager at this potbelly location is just as rude. We work nearby and are done with this location. Avoid these low life’s!

I am extremely disappointed with the food I received. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at Potbelly, and I’m a frequent customer. The sandwich bread was hard, the sandwich itself was made incorrectly, and the soup was so thick and tasted old. To make matters worse, parts of my order were missing.
When I contacted the store about the missing items, I was told to just trust that I’d be refunded, which wasn’t reassuring. Then, when I finally sat down to eat, I realized the entire order was subpar—everything looked and tasted far below the usual standard. Now I’m out of money and left with food I can’t even eat. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

My husband and I love Potbelly sandwiches, but unfortunately this location is pretty inconsistent. The last several times my sandwich has been barely toasted, pretty much just warm bread, when it’s supposed to be flaky and almost crispy. Maybe the oven temp is different each time we go. We also like to get thin cut bread, but today we both received very, very thin sandwiches. Lastly, this is more for the brand itself, I really miss the malts!

I was here for a door dash today and I was feeling a bit hungry, so I thought I would get me something quick.. I ended up getting just a bowl of soup because a sandwich would have taken time to be made. It was my first time eating from here. Overall, the atmosphere and the customer service was on point. However, the soup that I chose originally was the potato soup. I did not like it, so I went back and exchanged it for the broccoli cheddar. I paided 6.92 for the bowl. Maybe they have a certain amount of measured scoops because it wasn’t to the top like the picture online but I did not think it was worth that amount but I was already committed. I love broccoli cheddar soup, but I did not like theirs. This is why I gave it a one star for the soup. One day I will go back and try a sandwich or maybe I won’t after reading some of the other reviews. Sounds like I’d be better off going to subway lol. And the automated generated response to all the reviews is sad. That should really have a real person to read and respond.

We paid $5.59 for a grilled cheese small sandwich. The cheese didn’t go all the way to the ends of the sandwich, inches were missing on side. It’s burnt and looks like one piece of cheese. Really disappointed. my kid won’t eat it and now I have to make another trip out to get her lunch.

Felt very rushed when I ordered even though nobody else was in line (I feel like I was ordering at a normal pace but I guess not fast enough). I also got gaslight by the lady that took my order when she gave me the wrong food to which she passively aggressively said that I never confirmed it with her and thats why it was messed up even though I did tell her. Miles behind the one in Pleasant Prairie. Highly recommend skipping this location and going to that one.
