This location is always very friendly, clean and fast. We also love that we are able to get lots of great coupons through email.
For those who are in wheelchairs or use mobility aids they have lots of accessible seating. Also, the bathrooms are big enough to easily navigate and they are single person. The only issue can be when ordering in person since their counters are so tall, but if you place the order on your phone the shelf that they use for the pickup orders is fairly easy to reach. The disabled parking spots are kinda far from the door and you have to navigate through outdoor seating.

I think this place used to be better but like most restaurants has really gone downhill. I got a Prime Rib Steak sub with double meat and I had significantly more lettuce than meat. The small amount of meat I did get looked like the processed meat you see in dog food. Very unimpressed.

Was about $30 for a soup and small sandwich combo, an original size sandwich with Chips, and 2 regular sized fountain drinks. The bread was particularly good, and though seemingly small portioned, our meals were very filling.

Ordered avocado turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato and mayo, I received turkey, lettuce, tomato and mayo sandwich. None of the avocado turkey toppings were on the sandwich including cheese. Disappointing.

Potbelly is the absolute best! Especially this location! I order regularly from here and not only is their comfort food so yummy, but the staff is always so nice! The only time I have issues is when I use an outside delivery service and the staff here are always so kind and helpful when something goes wrong. Forever a potbelly lover!

Got the Cubano sandwich, paid for my order and went to sit down and wait for my sandwich. Never came, waited about 15 minutes, then went up to the counter to inquire about said sandwich. They “lost” it apparently. 5 workers behind the counter…milling about like lost children in a supermarket … I was the only one waiting on an in house order. Looked like a couple of online orders were on the counter. I was told they would remake my sandwich. But I saw they just pulled it out of one of the Togo orders. It was cold when I got it. They refunded the sandwich, but I wasn’t really satisfied with the service.

Service tonight was just horrible. Black Girl and white male, all they did was talk behind the counter. Slowest workers I’ve encountered in a L O N G time.Meanwhile white female was busting her ass. Took 30 minutes for my order to be made. Ridiculous!!? Management and corporate needs to seriously pay a visit to this working crew.
