I had my very first visit to Potbelly today with a friend who had tried it before. I thought I would be leaning on them for guidance on what to pick, but was very surprised by how helpful the staff were! They showed us where the line was, handed us a menu, answered any questions we had clearly and adeptly, and made check out a BREEZE! Along with the friendly staff, there is clear signage and multiple spots where the menu can be seen.
The food was PHENOMENAL! I ordered their Mama’s Meatball as it came with their seasonal Cinnamon Churro milkshake. The food came out so quickly and my sandwich was steaming when I opened it up. I could not let it sit long because the smell was so tempting. It’s very important to me that I add that it didn’t burn my mouth even though it was still steamy when I took my first bite. EVERY SINGLE BITE was as good as the last. The milkshake was the perfect consistency with the perfect amount of flavor and comes with a little cookie on the top!
I would 100% recommend this place, good food, good vibes, good people!

Ordered a 13 dollar sub and was given this. I asked them to check and see if they accidentally prepared a skinny and they told me to kick rocks or order something else.

I understand that this location is new…so you would think the staff would be a little more willing to please their new customers. I ordered the same thing twice online and both times in a row they got it wrong. Then I discovered the app and rewards and placed an order and went in to see that although it said my order was placed and ready inside that the staff stated the app hasn’t been working so I just had to wait for it all to get made while on my lunch break. I went in today and order a large soup amd they had zero spoons and they’d didnt put the lid on all the way so it spilled all over my work scrubs in the car. I went in later and said what happened and they just said “Ohh noo. Well we have spoons now!” I reordered my soup and then the cashier said they were out of pennies and asked if it was okay that they shorted my change. You’d think they would have atleast offered one free thing or discount after all this and instead acted like theyre already going out of business and instead couldn’t even give me back my correct change. Not a great way to treat a new regular. Zero generosity and instead only stinginess from another large corporation. Yay!

Placed an order for a bowl of soup and received a cup instead. When I went in to ask about it, no manager was available and the worker told me that they were out of bowls so could only send out cups of soup. I was charged for a bowl though, I replied. He said yes, but we don’t have bowls right now so I could only give you a cup…I asked for my money back, but of course, without a manager, he couldn’t do that. So he finally decided that giving me another cup was acceptable…. don’t get me wrong, even though I was totally ignored by the three girls standing and chatting behind the register,I don’t fault them or the young man who helped me. I place the blame on management. For a new business, they’re not starting out great. Check your orders before you leave.

No line to order but a couple people waiting for their food. We still waited a good 20 minutes in and out. Food was hot and fresh and very delicious! Price not bad either. I’m glad we finally got a Potbelly in the area!

They were out of a main ingredient for my sandwich and didn’t tell me, but they did give me a free sub when I called them on it. Sandwich was also, sadly, completely soggy after about 15 minutes.
Besides that, staff was excellent, quick, and accurate (besides being out of caramelized onions and not telling me), and the restaurant itself has a very simple but fun vibe/look inside. I’ll give it another try for sure, but I’d be more likely to go to Firehouse or Jersey Mike’s. Maybe even JJ’s.
For now, not exactly worth the money, but hey they’re just opening. People need training, they gotta learn how much they need of what, all that stuff. I always like trying a new lunch spot, so if you haven’t been, give it a shot! You might have much better luck than me.

Ordered in app and did a pick up inside. Ordered prime rib sandwich. The meat was terrible and nothing but fat. If the meat had been better quality this would had been an excellent meal. Was very busy inside and so loud

Had the worst customer service I have seen. Went to order and take out, had one shake very slowly made, no one working on the other while the cashier did not communicate that there was another shake needing to be made for another 5 minutes. When I did receive my shake it was leaking down the side and I had to run over and wipe it off. I did not see a manager anywhere and while the line was waiting there were several people working on delivery orders and not customers they had missed items for waiting at the end. I would not recommend coming here until they get better managed.
