Rude place. You even can’t use a restroom before you purchase. In my opinion it’s absolutely not acceptable for this world. But they was rude and unrespectful for me. Not recommended. It’s something crazy. The lady from Japan never had this situation anywhere in this World. But here. Shame for the whole Detroit.

I recently stopped in, while waiting on an appointment and decided to grab a late lunch with my Mom.
As consistently true to the PotBelly culture, the team provided excellent service and a great food!
There was a sense of happiness in the building, with all the team members smiling and laughing while working together.
Restaurant was clean and well maintained.
Food was AMAZING ❗️
I had not had potbelly in a few years, and to know that it still tasted it as amazing as it did when I first tried it 10 years ago made me extraordinarily happy.
Potbelly is a great company, with great quality food, with hand crafted employees.

Food was delicious. Service was quick. The atmosphere was nice. The reason a star was removed was because we were told they wouldn’t open the bathroom for our granddaughter until we had paid. In the meantime, a crowd of people who were not eating at Potbelly lined up at the bathroom door while our granddaughter was waiting painfully.

Very poor experience. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich. I waited over 20 minutes after the rest of my group got their sandwiches and asked multiple times about my sandwich while the staff barely acknowledged me and continued to serve customers behind me in line. My family finished eating before I got my sandwich and the quality was awful so I threw most of it away. The staff definitely did not care to even apologize. I did not raise my voice but it should have been clear I was very dissatisfied.

Horrible place was dirty no wet floor signs almost slipped manger racially selective manger customer service 0/10 when informed about the mistakes manger didn’t fix only argued back and fourth I went in the afternoon while no one was really there waited almost 20 mins for a simple soup not even sandwich just soup this place needs to be shut down or hire new manger and get that girl out the kitchen they don’t even clean up behind counter there floors are dirty food everywhere like ew I didn’t even want my food but was told I could not get refund I would never in life come back! Save your money and go elsewhere !
