I love this little rustic sandwich shop at Ann Arbor. I bought the prime rib sandwich and I’m having mixed feelings. It’s definitely a solid sandwich and the veggies were very flavorful, but I purchased the prime rib sandwich for the prime rib not the veggies and the sandwich was not packing a lot of meat. Overall if they didn’t skimp out on the meat this would be one of the best sandwiches I had.

Great restaurant! Love potbelly, at least this location. The prices are very reasonable and portions are good. One meal and a milkshake had me full for hours (in a good way). I would recommend every sandwich, very flavorful! The milkshakes were also delicious and well worth the money. Oreo flavor is perfect.

Really want to like this place but my last two powerhouse salads had rotten cucumbers, and since it was to go I didn’t know until I was back at work. They had to have seen them while adding the chicken, right? The tomatoes also tasted off even though they looked ok.

ABSOLUTE HIDDEN GEM!!! Thank you, HUGS and more Thank-you’s for the Amazing customer Service to Alonzo, Aaro’n and staff, with an extra hug to Michael for his kindness. The subs were so so so delicious. We ordered the Italian, A-wreck, and Turkey; all with different toppings And they were PERFECT!

Hi, I just ordered a chicken salad sandwich today with extra toppings of lettuce, light mayo, and seasoning. I had my order delivered and it was unopened when I got it, so it was not tampered with after being bought. Upon opening the sandwich right out of the bag, there is ONLY lettuce and mayo, no chicken salad. I paid for much more than what I got. It is disgusting, a lettuce and mayo sandwich. Is there a way I can get a partial refund or something?
I have had past good experiences with potbellys so naturally I’m very disappointed.
I can not find another way to contact you about my wrong order so I’m doing it here. I dont think I’ve ever asked for a refund or pointed out a wrong order in my life because I know food service staff are so busy and stressed, but a lettuce sandwich is a bit worse than just giving me the wrong food item.
The shake was very good, and even the bread was good. I have had the chicken sandwich before so I knew what good thing I was missing. Thank you

The cashier in this place do his job wearing headphones the attitude of this person is just awful. He is rude, he has some tricks to take people money. If you pay cash look at the money you’re giving him, he would said you gave him less money so he can get your cash and trick you. And if you ask him he would be rude. This restaurant is very good but people like this make feel like I don’t want to come back here anymore
