In what world is this light mayo and caramelized onions? Those onions are barely cooked, basically still raw. There was more mayonnaise than meat on my sandwich. This is the second time I ordered this sandwich this week and both times it’s as if no one paid attention to the order details. I have them a second chance before leaving a review here because I wanted to be fair. But I dined in the second time the place was empty, not even pick up orders; there was no reason for them to not get this order right. One of the girls working there was literally standing around drinking a giant fountain drink. This happened on Thursday/Friday afternoon. I was exhausted and frankly didn’t have it in me to argue over a sandwich.

Had a delicious wreck wrap and my daughter had a traditional wreck – great service, fresh food, friendly staff and clean.

Went into Potbelly’s today for the first time on Thursday August 28th 2025 at 2:15 p.m. The young lady that waited on me and made my sandwich was very kind and courteous. The buildings atmosphere was comfortable and the place was absolutely immaculate. After checking out, I was talking with what I assumed was the manager, Alex. He gave me a oatmeal raisin cookie on the house because it was my first time there and I told him they were my favorite. The sandwich and the cookie were incredible to say the least! Because of my experience coming there for the first time I will absolutely be back to try some more stuff on the menu!

Potbelly is consistently good. The sandwiches are great and they never let you down. I started out eating the AWreck sandwich then I graduated to the Italian. The soups are also great.
The thing that really makes Potbelly special is the cookies however. The sugar cookie is the best I’ve ever had!!! Its simple yet elegant. Always the perfect texture of soft in the middle but slightly crunchy on the edges. I cant leave them alone.
