Came back after deleting my last review after realizing the black beanie guy is the exact same individual that several other people have mentioned here. I had a very similar experience with him today as some other customers have where he addressed me as if I were a complete idiot for asking so much as “is this where I order?” having been to the location for the first time. It also came to my attention after him sending along my sandwich that he just so happened to not make the sandwich remotely close to what I ordered. Not sure if his specific position is a nepotism job, but it’s at least my opinion that someone who clearly has such a profound inability to act with any sense of courtesy to customers on a regular basis is not someone fit to be employed in the food service industry to any degree.

Really solid stop for a premium sandwich.
In my opinion, this is a step below McAlister’s, but a huge step above Subway.
They have a lot of great ingredient options. They have a few good quality breads to choose from to start with, and then several meats and meat combos (and even a veggie if that’s your jam). I love the heat and flavor the hot peppers and onions add (though by breath does pay the price).
It is a bit on the expensive side, but you can find deals and coupons every now and then that make it a really good deal.

So me and my friends have been here a couple of times. Both times food was great but the service was absolutely unacceptable from the young man in the black beanie.(After reading the reviews I’m fairly certain that this is just regular occurrence and upper management doesn’t gaf.)
I don’t know if the cashiers/sandwich makers here make waking up on the wrong side of the bed apart of their daily routine but that genuinely has to be the case. You get no greeting, you get your sandwich thrown on the counter, and honestly just plain old rudeness throughout the entire service. It honestly makes us not want to come to this location again. But sure, good sandwiches.

Food was absolutely amazing but the service was horrific. The guy behind the counter was apparently having a bad day and not very quietly commented on how I order “stupid shit”. I’ve worked with food service for 6 years now. So I understand having bad days and not wanting to be there but this was another level. Safe to say if you want these sandwiches it’s probably better to order ahead. And I hope the guy with the black beanie learns that customers are people who have bad days too.

-staff was helpful (the ordering is like subway, you start with the type of sandwich and bread, then on to the fixings, then to the register)
-the Italian sandwich was good, ordered it with the hot peppers (you can get those in a jar also)
-the shakes are decent also

I LOVEEE THIS PLACE. I got a prime rib steak sandwich, and IT HIT. Then, when I went to ask for a fountain, he gave me one for FREE. Everyone was so nice. This is one of the best places I’ve ever been to.

The food was great but the guy at the register was extremely unprofessional and rude. He had his headphone in the whole time. I had a pick up order and he didn’t say a word and instead of handing me the food while my hand was out he slammed it on the counter. I had to reach over all the way to grab it. As soon as he slammed it he turned around and not even a nice day was said.

I went during lunch rush, and the wait was horrible. They also lost my order. But all that being said, they handled it well. The manager began handing out free drinks to those customers who were waiting. He was very responsive to the needs of the customers, and overall the customer service was excellent even though the wait was long. Nice people with a good environment, and the sub was worth the wait and confusion.
