I waited a few days before posting this review. We dined in on Saturday November 22 around 630 pm. Just about everything was negative with our experience. Someone took our order and called out to the staff for it to be made, but I guess it doesn’t work that way because we got to the next station and the worker asked what we would like, not sure the point of worker 1? That same worker who just made our order stepped 2 feet to ring us up and asked again what we ordered. We get our food. My meatball sub was cold. Husbands salad was missing 2 things. I can see behind the counter i can see 2 containers of soup just sitting out, not being heated. Worker 2 keeps lefting his ball cap running his hand throw hair. Will never come near Potbelly again, disturbing

This was a while ago about Thanksgiving time two young guys were working and the first guy was complaining about how the bad weather was “embolding the fatties to order a bunch of food on door dash” and that “if the weather was good they would come in to get their food and be embarrassed to order half of the things they were ordering.” Both guys were talking about how much they didn’t want to be there and how they were so annoyed at the weather. A couple came in to order and they first guy told them that they didn’t have something in stock but he said it Soo rudely I was appalled. And then he laughed when they left. The guy with the tattoos started to look uncomfortable when he did that and started to kinda shut up but he didn’t try to correct his co worker. Idk who trained them or who’s in charge of them but man that was the worst service Ive ever experienced. -12/10

Compared to the bad reviews here, I had the opposite experience, I walked in on a cold Sunday lunch time, they were friendly and welcoming, I asked them for a complicated order, they did not say no, instead, they asked me how I wanted it. The young people working there had a great attitude and a work ethic. They will do great in life!

Check your order before you leave with carryout! I placed an order on the app, which estimated 15 minutes for my order, but it took over 30 minutes to get it. I arrived 10 minutes after placing the order and sat waiting for at least 20 minutes. There were at least 3 bags of completed orders sitting behind the counter for several minutes, and my order had to have been sitting for a while before they gave it to me because when I finally got it and got back to my office less than 5 minutes away, my toasted sandwich was cold and the bread was soggy. Also, I ordered a Vitamin Water, and they gave me PowerAde. I can’t drink anything with artificial sweeteners, and I know XXX Vitamin Water doesn’t have them, so I was happy to see it as a menu option on the app. When I picked up my order, I asked if the drink was inside and they said yes. The bag was taped closed, so I didn’t check because I could feel something cold in the bag, but when I opened it back at work, I found they gave me PowerAde which has sucralose. I tried multiple times to call, but no one will answer the phone. I don’t have time to go back and deal with it in person.

im definitely upset. Messed literally the whole order up, put none of the toppings I asked for on the sandwich including the extra ones I paid for, that’s after I was half way home and realized they didn’t put the Mac in my bag so I had to drive back. Then I go to eat my soup that I paid once again, extra crust topping and there was 0 crust topping. Sandwhich was cold 2. I’m not sure how you manage to mess literally every item up. The cherry on top is me calling them not once, not twice, but 4 times with no answer. so I’ll be going up there tomorrow cause I’m definitely annoyed. Don’t go here service and food TRASH.
