Seen this place from across the street. Wife and I are always looking for a great place to go eat.
Myself. I was active Army 8 years and seen some pretty cool little shops. For years I have been looking local for that same fell i got then.
This place delivers that.
The make your sandwich personally for your to craving.
I got the chicken club and chicken pot pie. See photo. Yep it was that good. I recommend wheat bread.
Overall if you want a nice relaxing place to eat a sandwich this is it.

The pepper mix is hot, good and hot.
Get it on the side (just to try it first).

I ordered a Mediterranean sandwich and it didn’t have all the ingredients such as artichoke. Super frustrating, generally Potbelly does serve you better.

I love this location and come here often. Great service by Buddy every time ~ also Logan, Hayden and an awesome store manager Jackson who was busy cleaning the front door and windows when I walked in.
Great menu, quality food and good prices. My new favorite sandwich shop..try the potato soup too ! Lori Lee

Not a ‘well-oiled’ machine, especially for a first visit. Went in for 3 bowls of soup to go. There were 3 people placing an order in front of me, can’t figure out what took so long for them to get their food. There was miscommunication, from what the girl at the counter said, between the employees so she began making my order again after the first person had already made them. Got home to find one of the bowls of soup to be only half full and none of them were hot.

I’d rather get Panera soup so no need to go back.

We visited a location in Seattle, years ago, and loved it. We were stoked to see a local spot open! Unfortunately, that joy didn’t last long. When we went, it was 3 hours until closing and they didn’t have any meat for the Prime Rib Steak sandwich. So we both got the Cubano. Well, what was supposed to be a Cubano. Probably the worst one I have ever had. The person making the sandwiches asked what we wanted on them, we said just the stuff that is listed on the menu. She didn’t know what that was, so we basically had to tell her how to make it and what to put on it. Once they were made, we stood waiting to pay. And stood. And stood. There was no one directing the staff, nothing to indicate to new visitors where to go, etc. There was a dude, I am guessing the manager, that was very involved with emptying what may have been mac and cheese, into small containers. He saw us, and ignored us for a good 5 minutes, while our sandwiches sat there, getting cold. He finally finished his grand plan of mac and cheese organization, and came over and rang us up. Never said a word to us. Not to say how much it was, thanks for coming, sorry to keep you waiting, nada. No smile, no looking you in the eye. I mean wow. So much for being in the service industry lol.
Anyway, not a place we will ever be going back to, unless we are in Seattle again lol.

I have eaten here a few times a week at times. I have had two problems at this store and was promised a refund by four different people for those problems with my food. This has been going on since November. At this point I have not gotten said refunds even though two managers, and two district managers have promised me I would get my two refunds. As much as I enjoy their food when….it is right. Until they make this right I will not be going back in. I am so disappointed. I have even told them I will take a $25.00 gift card…did I get that? No! I am frustrated and unhappy with the management at this particular store. Oh I was also told I would receive coupons…not gotten those either. Do better!

I’ve had potbelly four times now they do have really good food but only if you order inside do not order it unless you are going to go inside and place the order because I’ve ordered it for delivery three times now that’s how many times I give
places a chance if I’m doing delivery and every time they have gotten the order wrong, I paid extra for extra meat and didn’t get it. I paid for bacon and my cheddar and broccoli soup. They didn’t put it in there. They gave me the wrong size and only filled the cup up halfway like I said, they have good food but they could care less about your delivery order.

I’m from Michigan and love Potbelly! We were so excited when this one opened in the Greenwood area. The first couple weeks were good but you can see the level of service and attention to details going down quickly. I noticed it about a week ago and then today, out of three employees, two were working. They were also completely out of cookies. It could still be great but it looks like they need good leadership. I hope it survives because I love the food but you can already see it going downhill fast.
