Updating from a 2 to a 5* review. Had an issue during my last visit, but they did follow up and make it right, so I appreciate that.
Most of them time I get food here, they do a good job, with the occasional error. When things are correct, they are good sandwiches and the best milkshakes of any fast/fast casual restaurant.

Great atmosphere and good customer service! However, my sandwich was disappointing: the tomatoes were mushy and not fresh, and the pickles were only the skin shavings. This really ruined the texture and flavor of the sandwich. Most frustratingly, I got a fountain lemonade but only found out it was out and I was just drinking water when I got all the way home.

I just enjoyed the Italian sub, very delicious. I also tried the skinny primerib solid sandwich, but let me tell you this salad the powerhouse charge it to the game. This is one of the best salads I have had in a long time, so the flavors meld together and it’s healthy go get it asap,I’ll take pictures next time I order it. Just believe me it’s good.

Really really good food! It was our first time and everything we got was really good! Especially the Mac and cheese. The guys explaining the menu to us were also super nice all around great place. Will definitely come again. If it’s your first time too I recommend the Italian and the chicken club.

Had an order for delivery today. I had to order lunch for 20 people. I saw the delivery fee of $3.99 when I added 1 sandwich. Why did it shoot up to almost $25??!! All sandwiches were going to the same address. I didn’t ask for anything outrageous. Yet another reason another sandwich shop is getting removed from my list of approved vendors. There is no reason that can be given that would be acceptable for that kind of fee! Over $60 in tax and fees. I ordered from Picklemans yesterday and the delivery fee was $6 for 20 sandwiches. Way more reasonable. Stop overcharging like this. Completely unnecessary!

Was not busy when I walked in but yet took 30 minutes to get a wreck and then got an all ham sandwich with just regular cheese I didn’t even bother going back because it took up 99% of lunch. Was given two cookies as a compensation which would have been fine if I had the correct sandwich pretty sure I was overcharged for just a ham sandwich when I ordered a wreck that has roast beef ham and I ordered all the toppings on it.

Usually great! Employees seem bothered by my presence, Even the manager. Watched an employee blow his nose and then put gloves back on and work without washing hands.
So improper customer service and food safety and sanitation methods… not a good look, especially as I have a management background.
Will try this location again, hopefully things are better next time
