Good service, great atmosphere. Everyone working seemed to be really cool and I was digging the vibe. Food was delicious, it barely made the ride home. Prices were fair and the quality of sandwiches were really good all of the cuts of meat weren’t paper thin.

We ordered a pick 2. Avo turkey and apple walnut salad and a big wreck. The salad barely had any lettuce at all in the bowl and one of the apple pieces had a stem still in it. The avo in the sandwich was non existent. It was an half of an half of a slice on the sandwich which also had bits of ham on it even though it was turkey. Also ordered a cookie and they were out.

I like this shop, they’re still new in the area and are working out the kinks but the food is good.
I removed a star due to their perks, as it stands their perk system is really broken and reaching out even to their corporate to correct it yields so-so results.
I also removed a star due to the fact that their tomato sauce / caramelized onions needs some love (they currently add a weird taste).
Go for regular subs
Skip tomato based items and you should be alright for the price.

This was my first visit at this Potbelly. I ordered online. My order was done at the time that was suggested. The staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurant itself was very clean. I ordered their BLTA and chicken pot pie soup. The food was good. I really liked the soup. It was delicious. I will definitely order from here again.

I placed an online order with a specified pickup time, but the reality was far from convenient. Upon arriving, my order wasn’t ready, and I was met with vague assurances that it was “being worked on.” What was most frustrating was watching several in-person orders and other online orders fulfilled while I continued to wait. After 15 minutes of waiting, I requested to cancel my order and receive a refund, especially since they hadn’t even started making my sandwich yet. However, I was told I had to request the refund online. To my surprise, the website stated that cancellations and refunds must be handled by calling the store directly! This contradictory information and disorganized service wasted my time and left me with no food and a runaround for a refund. I do not recommend this place.

The staff and service were very good. They were friendly. I was very disappointed in the food. My soup tasted like it sat on burner for hours. I couldn’t eat it. My wrap was stale. I took the chicken salad out of the wrap and put it on bread at home thinking it would be okay, but got mouthfuls of fat and couldn’t eat it. Ended up wasting my money and made a tomato sandwich at home. Not sure if I should try again.

My wife and I ordered online and she put some toppings on her Italian sub and I got the Wreck. When we went to pick it up all the workers were in the back, but once he came out he showed me that my order was on the pickup shelf ready to go. Once we got home, my wife realized that her sandwich had no toppings! Just a tiny bit of meat! She had to break out lettuce and tomato at home! Unconceivable when we spent $20 on two sandwiches!! My sandwich was tasteless even though it had plenty of different cuts. I just remembered to call them now and the girl that answered the phone said you had to call back the day that you got the sandwich in order to have it corrected! They just lost a customer, forever.

The staff was nice and service was good, but there was a long hair in my mac and cheese and then another long hair in my sandwich. I also had to fight for my life on the toilet later after eating the couple bites I had. If not for those unfortunate events I still wouldnt go back. This was the first time I tried Potbelly and it was bland. The mac and cheese needed salt and the sandwich was very blah, no flavor. Worse than Subway.

So, first time getting into this place after seeing it all over on TV and on buses. First impression on walking in- I get a foul utter stench from the bathroom side of the building, it was very powerful to me personally and it was a bad sign of a omen. Next when I started out my order, which was a pizza melt, voodoo chips and a oatmeal cookie. when I was getting seated, I saw how uncleaned under the tables are and seemed as a good place to sit down but besides the smell and the filth on the floor underneath the table I find the food to be pretty mediocre. The melt had no cheese on it and when I asked no mushrooms they put mushrooms! And when I even asked for the two voodoo chips the one was popped and didn’t seem deflated and tasted stale!! If only they cleaned up more and kept up better with the food and have a better service for future customers id recommend my friends to this place if they want a decent sandwich go to place.
