So today I ordered a Wrecker salad and coke through their website. I ordered it with no roast beef and with cheddar cheese instead of swiss (I hate roast beef and I hate swiss cheese). My daughter picked it up and brought it to me because I was at work (12hr shift). The salad had both roast beef AND swiss cheese as well as cheddar cheese. I called, explained and asked if I could just get a refund for my order as I can not eat the salad. They refunded the salad but not my drink. Now it’s the principal of the matter. I called back and was told that my salad was the only thing messed up. No. My entire lunch hour was messed up. Katy did go ahead and refund the drink but for future reference, if you mess up – compensate FULLY for your mistake!!!

I had the sheer delight of stumbling across this place on my way to another restaurant. What a happy find! The food is fantastic. The sanitation rating is 99.5, which is excellent, and the place is immaculately clean. The service was FANTASTIC. JODI was pure sunshine radiating from the order area. She helped me order and was so wonderful that if I owned a business I would hire her in a heartbeat and pay her double!

My wife and I have absolutely loved this place from the first time we went here but lately it has taken a dive. My wife brought sandwiches home for dinner the other night. I had ordered the Mama’s Meatball and couldn’t finish eating it because there was absolutely no marinara sauce on it. Today we ate lunch ordering two Wrecks to eat there, as well as a Pizza Melt and Mama’s Meatball to take home. On both Wrecks the paper covering was still on the slices of ham. When I ordered the meatball I specifically asked to make sure they put marinara on it. Unfortunately, I just opened it up to heat in the oven and found vurtually no marinara sauce on it. Attached are photos of the meatball sandwich. I think we will be taking a break from eating Potbelly sandwiches.
Update to previous review: After five months, we decided to try again. We have only eaten there a few times since. Unfortunately, tonight solidified my not eating at this particular location anymore. The time before this my wife ordered the Pizza Melt and it had more than enough marinara on it. Once again, I ordered the Mama’s Meatball, but this time I asked for extra marina, as evidenced in the attached pictures, just to be safe. The result was no different than the other times. You would think that a little more attention would be paid since the regular sandwiches are almost ten dollars.

My wife and decided to try Potbelly Sandwich shop as we were in the area. We ordered a Wreck sandwich which was a generous 12 inches. The Wreck consists of a base of: Roast turkey, smoked ham, roast beef, salami and Swiss. The sandwich is then customized with whatever toppings you desire. Overall it was a good sandwich. Nothing amazing or outstanding but good nonetheless. I only have two complaints regarding the sub. One, I did not see vinegar as an option on the board. I asked specifically for oil and vinegar, a standard on many types of subs. There was no vinegar on the sub which flattened the taste profile somewhat. I do not understand why that is not an option there. Two, the mayonnaise and mustard were put on to generously and as a result made a mess and overpowered the meats and veggies.During our visit the ice machine for the fountain drinks did not have any ice available. The staff was very friendly and polite and the interior is kept very clean. A nice touch is the universal charging cables at each booth.

Another week and another visit to EmergOrtho and on way home tried out another lunch spot close to offices, Potbelly Sandwiches. We both took advantage of their “Skinny Combo” and both had turkey subs that were delicious!
