I tried here on a whim since I was in the area shopping. I had the prime rib steak original, the broccoli cheddar soup and their dragonfruit pomegranate lemonade. Everything was delicious and the staff was helpful and welcoming. I would definitely revisit.

I love Potbelly. I’ve eaten it in DC for years when I’m up for a conference or work and always enjoyed it. Finally realized that we have them local. They make a great sandwich, maybe my favorite toasted sandwich – the Italian in particular. And this location is just as good as where I go in DC. Been here a few times now, super friendly staff and very good food. And a clean restaurant on top of that. Oh and if you like hot stuff, get the Potbelly hot pepper chips – very good.

Great subs, I have had only 2, the veggie melt and the roast beef, both with all the add on’s. Not only are the prices very reasable, considering all things with the inflation everywhere. Every time I eat at the one in Morrisville, I always can only eat half of the original size sub, but I take the other half home and I will, also, have a great dinner, and you must get a chocolate cookie when you go. I go at least twice a month and sometimes more and happy to drive 35 miles one way to get there. This is a must try. You will return!!!!!!

I went there to purchase some sandwiches, but I wasn’t impressed with the way the woman spoke and accepted my order. I believe she should greet customers with more professionalism and politeness; in compare, the man was quite kind to my child as she placed her order. I specifically requested if you could substitute some mushrooms for the chicken, but she refused, saying you had to take what was on the menu.It must be policy, but I have no ill will toward it. But the sandwiches weren’t as good as they should have been.If you are about to starve to death, it is kind of edible.

Fantastic sandwiches, I just wish they would stop putting Hot Peppers on my sandwich when I asked for BELL PEPPERS.
It’s happened twice already, my stomach has issues with spice.
I come often during lunch time since I work around the corner.

Tl;Dr: orders were wrong and they were rude and charged us for things we didn’t order

Every single order was wrong. The man who got it all wrong also wore his hat backwards so his hair was in his face and out of the hat. Frankly, I think thats disgusting.
I asked for an avo-turkey with mayo pickle lettuce and onion. The writing on the bag was correct, but the sandwich had no mayo pickles or onion, and had cucumber instead. There were only two pieces of avocado. My partner ordered the veggie melt with pickles and mayo and asked for no lettuce. Again, the bag was correct but inside was a lettuce filled sandwich with a few mushrooms and cheese.
They charged us SIX DOLLARS for avocado on the veggie melt which we DIDN’T ASK FOR.
The man was also very rude and was constantly rushing us which is probably why it was all made wrong. He seemed to be the manager.

Even though the food was wrong it tasted good.

I come here all the time, never had an issue until today. I came in about 2-3pm today & my order was wrong so I came back & asked for it to be remade. The manager not only refused but, tried to blame me for his mistakes. He wanted to go back & forth about it. He kept saying he won’t remake it because I already bit into it. My thing is, how was I supposed to know the order was wrong when I physically could not see it being made on the frontline. After that I asked for a refund, he refused again. Since when is it good customer service to argue with a customer?? I’ve worked in food service for years so I understand plenty the customer isn’t always right but I’d never argue or go back & forth with a customer. He’s honestly never polite like the other members of staff when I come in but for me to continue to be nice & apologetic towards you & you’re still trying to argue is unprofessional. Only reason he ended up remaking it is because the regional manager was there & I spoke to him about it, so thank you to him. Moral of the story, don’t argue with the customer, it’s never that serious, makes you look bad & very unprofessional. Any other time I go, the service is either good or great. I hate that one bad seed, THE MANAGER, has me leaving this review. Hope he’s not the GM but he just might be.

Potbelly Sandwiches is a quaint little sandwich joint with quality subs at a moderate price; if you want quality, come here!

When I first saw this place, it was in passing and I didn’t stop in because it isn’t in the most convenient of locations. You have an entrance only light, and an exit that forces a right turn instead of a light that lets you turn left back onto the road you came from. I decided today to come in and give Potbelly a try, and I wasn’t disappointed!

Service
Upon entering, I was warmly welcomed by the owner (?) of the store. When ordering, the ladies that made my sub were both knowledgeable and passionate about their jobs, something you don’t always get in a retail position. I got the impression they were hand picked rather than random people applying off the streets who’re just there for a paycheck; they were quality employees.

After eating, I inquired to the owner about the app and it’s benefits and he was equally knowledgeable and told me everything I needed to know. My girlfriend who signed up on it said it took her roughly two minutes and that you can either use Email or Facebook to sign-in.

Quality of Food
The girlfriend and I ordered the Prime Rib (670 cals) and the Italian (760 cal) and were both highly satisfied! My sub, the Italian, was six inches and had a crunchy exterior. The bread was flakey as if it was cooked on high heat for a minute or less; it was good. I entirely recommend the Potbelly Vinaigrette on the side for the Italian sub, it makes a world of difference!

Atmosphere
Potbelly has a quaint, aimable old fashion feel that warms the heart (#NotPaid lol), it’s overall demeanor and the way the lighting affected the interior impacted my overall experience positively! It’s very scenic.

Atmosphere is also part of the experience in my humble opinion, if you enter a dump, expect the same quality in the employees, as well as the food they’ll make for you. You won’t get that here.

Cleanliness
The seating environment was well taken care of, as seen in the pictures I took; however, one thing I’m a big stickler about is the bathrooms. I am OCD about stuff on my hands, and one thing that comes with eating a sub most of the time is messy hands. So I go into the bathroom and thoroughly scrub afterwards haha!

When I went into Potbelly’s bathroom, I was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was, and the fact that the water didn’t have a off-or-full-blast setting. The soap, strangely enough being in this restaurant review, also
cleaned off any prior sandwich smells that linger after eating a messy sub.

Overall Experience
I am by no fashion a professional restaurant reviewer, but I did feel inclined to give back to this establishment after having a good experience with an equally thought provoking review. I had an overall good experience at this establishment and would come back; however though, the location works against me when trying to return home. However though, I digress, you do get what you paid for here: Quality!
