Food is delicious. Hands down always good but there is one employee a gentleman that always puts toppings on the sandwich who always seems to have an attitude when they get busy. I understand your short staffed but you need to understand people pay for food and people want the food The way they want it because they’re eating it and they’re paying for it and if they want every topping on their sandwich that should be their choice because you give them the option and they are paying for the sandwich. They shouldn’t have to listen to you state we’re busy and everybody wanting everything on their sandwich and then having an attitude. Everyone’s busy everyone is short staffed have a better attitude.

Food Trashed order the soup and sand-which soup no meat order the chicken pot pie sandwich chicken BLT no meat but two lil chicken bites call them they said they put 2.3 oz on the sandwich i asked it doesnt look like it she said maybe it fell off!!! where cuz its not in the paper wrap and if it fell off why you didnt put it back on she said she she didnt know worst 1st time will never go back whole order Trash Trash trash

Terrible service. My friend’s sandwich was SOAKED in hot pepper juice to the point to where the bread was wet and inedible. As we left we saw the rude employee sitting on the counter. Not sure if food is being prepared on the portion of the counter they were sitting on, but regardless I don’t feel that’s appropriate or sanitary. First and last time going here.

I’ve been to Potbelly twice now and my favorite thing is the ice cream sandwich. I should say, I’ve ordered the pizza sandwich both times which is good, but a little light on the meatball and pepperoni. But, this ice cream sandwich does not disappoint. You choose your two cookies then they put a heap of ice cream between them. It’s a lot to eat, so save room. As expected, it’s crowded during the 12-1 lunch hour, but quiet after 2p if you like a late lunch. Service is reasonably fast and the facilities are clean.

I stumbled upon Potbelly Sandwich Shop while traveling on I-95 and was pleasantly surprised. While I’ve had my fair share of BLTAs, Potbelly’s version was truly exceptional. I believe the secret lies in their delicious roasted garlic aioli. The fresh ingredients and perfectly toasted bread elevated the sandwich to new heights.
The staff was efficient, friendly, and provided excellent service. The lady and the guy next to her who made the sandwiches remained cheerful and pleasant, even though they were busy. I appreciate these gestures. The shop itself was clean and inviting.
A quick note for travelers: Be mindful of the parking situation. While there are metered spots available on-site, we opted for a private lot across the street and ended up paying $8 for an hour.

I enjoyed my first experience at Potbelly. A coworker introduced me to the option to Pick Your Pair. I went with the sandwich and soup option and tried the Chicken Club and the Loaded Baked Potato Soup. They were both excellent! A great place to stop in for lunch. Highly recommend!

I used to frequent this location a few times a month since I work across the street. Less now, but not because it’s not good, only because I am trying to lose weight! Haha. Anyway, this location is great. Whether I order for pickup on the app or order in person, my sandwich is always so yummy! Their cookies are also the bomb! The staff is always friendly and some of them greet everyone who walks in. And the best part is they are FAST! Not sloppy fast, efficient fast! This location and staff knows how to run a fast food sandwich joint for sure. They are busy every lunchtime during the week, but it’s always well worth ordering from here. Highly recommend.
