My 1st time here. Not just location, but overall! I signed up for he rewards program, and earned enough for a free sandwich on my next purchase! I had the kids ham & cheese, added avocado, had tomato & lettuce, mayo, and got a water bottle, applesauce, and small cookie. The Sandwich was the perfect size, along with other items. The chairs aren’t comfortable, but I guess that deters people from sitting there too long!

Just ordered Potbelly and had my son in the store on speakerphone while I ordered. They lady repeated everything that I ordered. He brings the food home and my order was wrong. Instead of offering to correct it, the lady wants to argue about what she heard. I got 2 dry sandwiches and had 4 missing items. I asked for a refund and told her that he was bringing the food back and she told me that I had to wait until tomorrow. Poor customer service, they won’t ever get my business again!

Placed a pick up order for 2:04, didn’t get it until 2:30. I watched them make about 10 walk in orders and 3 pick up orders. And never touched my order even after I asked about it. I asked a different worker for help and he told me to hold on but never came back to hear what I needed help with. I asked for the manager and she said was sorry and but this is unacceptable. Now I’m rushing getting to where I have to go. My order was already paid for. Why did all of those walk in orders take priority over my (paid) order? Why not alternate back and forth between walk in order and pick up order so you don’t fall too far behind? Even a door dashers order got cancelled while he was there because they took to long to make it. By the time they made it, it was too late so the order for some hangry person named Troy was just sitting in the pick up cubby. They get two stars and not one only bc I like potbelly’s food. But this service was nonexistent.

I JUST OPENED MY FREAKING FOOD AND THERE IS HAIR IN IT !!!!!!! Like at this point what else could yall do wrong ?????

If I could I would put 0 stars. I thought id give potbelly a 2nd chance (old job orderd from PB ALL the time so I never complained over a free lunch). But I was given a gift card and yet again HIGHLY disappointed. Had to wait at the counter while the workers were busy (maybe I wasnt in sight?) And getting home and the food was mediocre to flat pit disappointing and disgusting. Grossest of all mac and cheese comes off as curdled and I couldnt eat. Totally turned off.

Was greeted by Jonathan ( with the hair braid ) and he was very accommodating to me and my absent children’s meal. The entire staff was helpful to remind me to grab water and chips/cookie like they have had issues before and were consistent with making sure no mistakes happened. Giuliana was extremely helpful with me navigating the app, making sure I was taking advantage of the benefits and really- she didn’t have to but also was confident in making sure I got the perfect cookie and even asked her staff. You can tell this in a good and well maintained sandwich shop. I look forward to returning ! Cookie was !!!

I ordered the Mediterranean sandwich and it had bacon on it. We also were disappointed that the milkshake machine was not working for the kids. We paid for a jar of peppers and did not get it.

They’re going to mess up your order. I almost promise you! Everytime I’ve went here, something is left off my sandwich. Don’t bother adding anything extra, you won’t get it. When you ask for a refund online they’ll send you back to the store. Just go to Wegmans.

The employees dont get enough credit. Went there today 10.25.25, lady in front of me completely messed up and tried to blame staff. Staff super professional and the gentlemen at the register Edwin kept a smile, kept if fun and light (at the potbelly register where he doesn’t have to do any of that). Credit to the team and thank you for being good people
