I have been ordering potbelly’s since I was in high school and today was by far the worst meal I ever received from them. I ordered a turkey sandwich with caramelized onions and they gave me raw onions. If you want to be lazy, just leave the onions off. Don’t give a customer what they didn’t ask for. To make matters worse, I ordered the chicken pot pie soup like always and I’m still looking for the soup under a mountain of pie crust. Whoever put this order together needs to go back to training because lackadaisical is an understatement.

I got an insane amount of lettuce on my sandwich for a pick up order and no chicken in it. I had to call 3 times to get a response. This has happened before, but I dined in the first time so it was immediately replaced. Only had this problem twice but considering that the food is pretty plain anyway and getting more expensive, I don’t think it’s worth it to come back. They offered me a refund right away once I got hold of them though!

I’ve become a very frequent customer at this potbelly and I am a fan of their sandwiches and cheddar soup. Anyways, on February the 13th I ordered a veggie melt, I was really enjoying it until I saw a hair hiding between the veggies and bread… It was a dark, straight hair, definitely not mine. I needed to get this off my chest. I’ve been thinking about the hair for the past 4 days. Here’s the pic I took.

My blt was disgusting… they didn’t include the avocado, not even any cheese?! First time ordering and all it had was mayo, onion, and bacon, with some lettuce. Some of it was even soggy. So gross and a waste of money

Ordered 5 sandwiches and 2 chips. Was missing a sandwich and my Mac and cheese had opened at the bottom of the bag after being packed underneath all the sandwiches. Not to mention the bread on my sandwich looked like it came hot out of Pompeii.
