We love the sandwiches and service here. The new toppings are awesome. The staff here are incredibly friendly. If you’re looking for a great sandwich in Frederick, worth stopping by. They also have convenient parking in what might be considered the “back” entry. We also did catering for a large group and the food was hot and ready when we arrived.

Metal pieces in the sandwich. The Frederick Maryland potbelly had metal pieces in my sandwich today. I brought it back to speak with the manager. He informed me that I couldn’t get a refund because I didn’t take a receipt when I left. He offered a free sandwich, which I declined because why would I want another sandwich when you put metal pieces in them?
Update: I informed the health department who found MORE metal. It’s in their bread, perhaps get a bread distributor who’s not trying to kill people.

For the price of their food you’d expect good quality. The sandwiches were sloppily made to start. It lacked toppings, as well as the quality of toppings were disgusting. Oh and the mac n cheese do not bother AT ALL!!! It taste like the absence of flavor, legit like noodle water. Please do not Waste your money at this location they clearly don’t take pride in their food quality.

Fast and friendly service. Chicken salad sub was tasty. Meatball sub was dry and bland. BLTA was good, avocados were browned when they put them on. The sandwiches are good not great.

The entire crew here is the best! The manager conscientiously strives to provide excellent customer service and make great food, and that flows down to his team. This location is always clean, and the food never disappoints. Highly recommend!!

Ordered through DoorDash and the order was completely wrong. Both sandwiches had pretty much everything missing (lettuce, oil, vinegar etc). Pretty sad that you can’t read and get a simple order right. Definitely an indication on lack of good management to set an example and the level of expected performance of employees.

Read this review, it’s my first ever google review and feel it’s needed. Terrible service, bowls of soups filled not even halfway, and an avo turkey tasted like it had fish in it with mushy turkey meat. Sorry for this review but it’s the truth, we wont be back.
