If I could give zero stars I would. Order a salad for delivery and was given an OLD PREMADE salad with brown, wilted lettuce. This is terrible service to paying customers. Too often establishments take delivery orders as an opportunity to get rid of low quality products because customer isn’t present to dispute it. DO BETTER!

Do NOT eat here. Cockroach found inside broccoli cheddar soup at 7:30pm last night. Girlfriend ate it and threw up causing me to throw up. This place needs to be shut down. Corporate needs to call me and offer major compensation. I will never eat Potbelly again.

I’ve been to this location twice – the first time I didn’t like it too much but I love the soup, so I came the second time and still only cared for the soup. today I decided to try a new order so I called into this location and asked to place a pick up order, she asked to put me on a brief hold, which I said OK; lasted almost 10 minutes. I hung up and called again. trying to place my order She told me that she is too busy to help me with that and I will just have to go online and put it in myself.

Delicious little sandwiches that are hot and toasted. The hots spread is a signature must on any one of these yummy morsels. The cookies are baked fresh daily, and the milkshakes are pretty spot on. I would have given them 5 stars, BUT the manager acted as if I was hasling her when I walked in to order food at 1030 in the AM.

Inconsistent service here. Sometimes it’s okay, sometimes not. Not so much this evening. Came in for ONE sandwich. I ordered a wreck with no roast beef, only for me to realize by my own checking on its way out of the oven, that it had roast beef on it, but no salami. So they had to remake it. No apologies for their error. Tasted good, but the appearance was disappointing. None of the three employees I encountered on my visit seemed pleasant or happy to be there.

I often order from here and the food is typically pretty good. Today I was sent a TRASH BLT sandwich. The bacon was NOT cooked. I microwaved it again and its still not cooked. This picture doesn’t even do it justice. And, yall put 3 slices on a BIG and charge almost 10 dollars for it? Don’t think so! I have had great sandwiches from this location but today? Terrible experience. Ugh.

First time getting food from Potbelly. We ordered delivery a few hours in advance, got a call a few minutes past when the food was supposed to be here explaining the driver didn’t show up so they couldn’t deliver it. They asked us to come pick it up and gave us the food for free and threw in a couple of cookies. Awesome. Except we got home and there was like no meat on the sandwich and the bread tasted kinda stale. There was maybe 1 slice of each type that’s supposed to be on there. Compared to Jimmy Johns and Jersey Mike’s it seems like a huge ripoff. Thankfully it was free. A+ for the customer service, but the food sucks so I won’t be back.
