Very weak customer service
I ordered a sandwich, and the person who prepared my sandwich made a mistake and put a few wrong items, it is usually OK for me, noon time is crowded, acceptable.
However, her behavior was totally unacceptable. Not only she did not bother to say sorry, but acted very rudely as if I was the one who made a mistake!!!
A note for the store manager: teach your employees to respect the customers,
At least tell them not to be rude!!!
Hopefully, this issue can be addressed to ensure a positive experience for all customers in the future.

Service was good and food was great. The assembly line moved quick and was very convenient. The meats tasted fresh and the combo deal wasn’t too expensive. The tables were clean too. Overall definitely a good experience at this potbelly location.

I ordered an Avo Turkey sandwich, which is supposed to come with turkey, avocado, and cucumber. I added pickles, mayonnaise, and provolone to the order. I recieved a sandwich with only turkey, pickles, and mayonnaise. No avocado or cucumber, which comes with the Avo Turkey sandwich. No cheese. 3/6 ingredients that I asked for, 2/3 ingredients are supposed to come with the sandwich. Not impressed.

Customer service from food prep staff member, Mary, was really poor. She yelled at me because I forgot to ask her for a bowl for my tuna salad instead of a soup cup. She could’ve simply asked me, “Would you like your tuna salad in a soup cup or bowl?”. At no point is it ever OK to yell at a customer. The Manager Mary stepped in later to help prepare my food in the end. The Manager was pleasant in the end.

Despite all the poor reviews I honestly can say that this store and staff are amazing with lots of patience. I come here 2-3 times a week and am constantly impressed with the level of customer service. Lily was in the middle of working on a huge order and still communicated well that she would be with me in just a moment and then dropped her task to make my order and kept a positive attitude and was not annoyed to help me! I love this store and would give it star after star if I could.
