Pot Belly is an alternative to many of the sub shops around, their sandwiches are a bit smaller than the others but they’re good. I asked for sautéed onions with my roast beef but very little was added. Their shakes are made the old-fashioned method that you can actually drink thru a straw.

Today our dental office was celebrating, because our work team had reached the goals of the week. So we decided to make a lunch for the whole work team and contacted POTBELLY, to be our supplier. But? What happened? Our lunch did NOT arrive at the suggested time, we had to call several times and claim for our order to arrive. And when it finally arrived, the order was not the right part of the team did NOT receive their food. The Restaurant sent us some extra sandwiches and that was what they ate, but what they ordered and wanted to eat… IT WAS NOT WHAT THEY RECEIVED. That didn’t feel good.

Went during BOGO. It was wild. A lot of frustrated people but the staff handled it so well. Especially Josue, Edgar and the woman who was starting the sandwiches (missed her name). Always amazes me when people don’t have enough patience to wait an extra 10 minutes after wasting 4 hours of their day on social media. Do better. The staff did.

I haven’t eaten at a Potbelly in a long time. I remember loving their sandwiches, but this time, I got the Italian. It was good, but I didn’t enjoy it as much as I used to. Not sure why. The employees are friendly and the store is very clean. I like the Alien on the wall. I might come back and try again.

The staff at this restaurant repeatedly pressured me to perform tasks outside a driver’s responsibilities simply picking up food. They argued with me wasting my time and even threatened to ‘call on me’ when I declined to help them with a customer card issue – that is THEIR JOB not the drivers job. This created a hostile and uncomfortable pickup experience. Drivers are only there to pick up and deliver orders not provide help desk customer service and the staff’s behavior was completely unprofessional, rude and inappropriate. Do not waste peoples time!

AVOID THIS LOCATION!
I just want my money back. I got an email from a co worker that there is a free milkshake promotion this weekend with any order. We both went together for lunch and the staffs were not aware of the promotion. 10 minutes later, manager came out to speak with us that they can allow only 1 milkshake because we came together. We said we are paying separate..i gave my co worker his shake. I dowloaded the app before hand and was awarded a free cookie any way, so i wanted to redeem that, the register person said it wont let him do it but i can still get perk points.
ok fine.
sat down, eating sandwich, clicked on app to see what other perks….it said no purchase history…so i went back and ask register if i can have the receipt to call for it to be added. He said registry closed he cannot print receipts!! WTH!!!!?????????

Then I had the most terrible mushroom melt of my life. This used to be my favorite most highly recommended sandwich shop ever and i would tell all my friends about it. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE and most skimpy sandwich of a lifetime. 2 pieces of mushrooms on one side of my sandwich, and none on the other side. Plus these are canned mushrooms???? i asked for extra lettuce and onions and pickles…i got one piece of pickle and skimpy frizzles of lettuce…nope no onions. Do they want to work there???? Milkshake was also melted and runny – we ate there!!! WTH!!???? i really dont know whats going on with Potbelly nowadays or if its just this location? this was my first time to THIS location, so my advice? AVOID THIS LOCATION!

I had an amazing experience at this Potbelly location! I ordered the Smokestack Pork & Mac, which you can only get through the app, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly smoky, cheesy, and packed with flavor. The service here was just as impressive as the food. Edgar was incredibly friendly and made sure everything was perfect. Jasmine and Jackie were also great, making the whole visit even better. This is by far the best Potbelly I’ve been to, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
