Priced fairly average for mall food, line went quickly enough, and staff were friendly.
I got chicken strips and tots with garlic parmesan seasoning. The strips were great, juicy and soft! The tots were very mid, not very hot or crispy, but not bad.
All in all I probably won’t be eating here again soon, but if im craving chicken strips I know where to visit!

The food was good. But the service wasn’t good at all. I am a mall employee i usually get mall discount she didn’t give me any. I told her but she didn’t. Her behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. I don’t pay so i get this rude behavior. I am extremely disappointed.

In their soft opening phase- got a bucket to share, they were hot, crisp and light! Not soggy fries, not fatty or greasy in any way. Seasoning is a really good ratio! I’ll have to try the chicken eventually- it’s quite busy around their storefront, just ask to make sure you know where the line is!

I ordered a mega size original fries with chili bbq. the fries were very flavorful and crispy. The wait was only about 5 minutes and once I got them they were very polite and sweet, would definitely recommend coming here.

I ordered homestyle chips and waited approximately ten minutes to receive my order. Upon receipt, the chips were cold and stale. I returned to the counter and politely expressed my concern, requesting that the item be discarded due to its condition. Unfortunately, my concern was met with an unprofessional and dismissive response. No apology was offered, nor was I provided the option of a replacement or a refund. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I will not be returning.

The chili bbq does not taste or look the same at all. The spice is gone and the color is lighter. I know this because I still have packets of seasoning from covid days and old photos of my fries from before south center location closed. Very unfortunate
