It’s been a few years but I got to visit again today and it was amazing. The portions are more than enough and the food is about as home cooking as you can get without being in someone’s house. The pot roast was fork tender, and I wanted to put that gravy in a cup. The potato salad is some of the best I’ve ever had. Looking forward to my next trip already!

Food was hot and ready to go and the jambalaya for 2 would definitely feed 4. Great prices and the food is very good!

We stopped in for lunch. We had the shrimp creole and the jambalaya. It was delicious. Our only complaint is that the potato salad was big chunks of potato and absolutely no taste. It was very white. You can definitely tell it wasn’t made by a creole or Cajun.

Giving this a 3 star review. So I am a long time customer for about 5 years. Don’t get me wrong the food is amazing.. when you get food. This is my second time ordering the Friday shrimp pasta. And only getting 3 shrimp in my meal. They first time I let it go. But the second time I told the cashier. And she ran to the back and brought me a cup and said this is all the shrimp we have left. We’ll upon opening the cup I found 1 shrimp. 1. And about 3 pieces of noodles. Definitely lost a customer

Jambalaya, white beans, Cole slaw. The white beans were Great Northern beans and were pretty bland. Good cole slaw and very good chicken and sausage jambalaya. Order at counter and take a number. Was busy when I was there but the order came up quickly. Big open seating area not fancy but plenty of room for large parties and I ate alone at a small table for two. I noticed that they offered lunch specials.

Came to town for work and found this place. Food was fantastic. Ordered more than I could eat. Wanted to try the gumbo and lunch special. Had to take the rest back to the hotel for dinner later that day.

This place is absolutely amazingly good!!! I have been staying at the hotel next to it on and off for almost 3 years. I wish I would of found this place sooner. I walked in and there was literally nobody there which was great. My order was taken immediately and food was out before I was even done paying. I had chicken and sausage jambalaya that was just on point!! I don’t like a bunch of big chunky vegetables in my jambalaya and it’s hard to find a place that doesn’t have it in there!! Well… This place don’t, as it just has the rice, spices, chicken, sausage and the flavor is not comprised!!! Second I had a bowl of red beans and rice which again was amazing. Last but not least, I had two small sides of navy beans is what I call them. Some might call them white beans. I can’t find many restaurants that have these and again these were so good and off the charts!! One more thing is the price.. The price was very very reasonable and I felt like i got more than my moneys worth. This food was so good that I’m driving back to home tomorrow in Houston. Texas and I’m going straight to the store to buy the stuff to try my hand at some jambalaya. lol. All around good experience and definitely will be back!!

I ordered a surprise bag using Too Good To Go. The advertised value was $18 but it ended up being just a regular lunch plate ($11)

The food is good, but you’re paying a high price for a lot of rice and a few pieces of chicken and sausage in their jambalaya.

Decent place. I was actually looking for seafood but they do not have any on the menu. Still, good food and decent prices. Was not disappointed.

Most of their menu is soup types so keep that in mind. Good stuff though…
