Loved loved loved this treasured find on a cold November day in New Buffalo. The staff were wonderful particularly our server Kelly. Really kind, welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu. So so helpful when it came to ordering. We had the tuna, carrots and burger followed by key lime pie, all outstanding. The carrots are a must have and to be fair all of it is a must have. Delicious flavours, great atmosphere and decor. Can’t wait to come back Thankyou so much!

Food was so good! Even more of a highlight that made our experience amazing was our server Sabrina. She was so friendly, sweet & went out of her way for us to have a great first visit at the restaurant. She’s so knowledgeable about everything on the menu so it made it easier to choose the best dish for us. It’s rare you find people who truly love their job & want to go the extra mile to make their customers happy. Will definitely be returning 🙂

Alex was our server and was ✨literally✨ one of the sweetest people I’ve met in such a long time. She made our already great day, so much better; genuinely was one of the nicest servers I’ve ever had!
We were driving back to Chicago, so we didn’t want anything too heavy and decided to order the Japanese matcha pancakes, Caesar salad, and fries.. everything was incredible! So fresh, tasty, and unique in the best way possible.
The fries come with a Cacio y Pepe sauce that’s to die for, and the Caeser has a miso base; so for items that are typically almost the same everywhere you go, it’s nice to have a place that does it differently and succeeds wonderfully at it!
Same with the pancakes, typically nothing special about pancakes.. but these were also some of the best pancakes I’ve ever had. So dense but fluffy at the same time? It’s like Japanese cheesecake and pancakes had a baby.
We went during off season, so the patio was closed; but when it’s open it seems like it would be so enjoyable!
Overall, this was the best experience going to a restaurant for quite some time. (And I go out multiple times a month..!)

Great spot with an interesting take on the classics. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious, with flavors that felt familiar but still creative and exciting. The environment is great – lively, welcoming, and perfect for a fun meal. The location is also a huge plus, super close to the beach and right in the middle of all the action. Definitely a place worth stopping into if you’re in New Buffalo.

Definitely one of the best brunch place in this area!! Sweet potato dish is my favorite. Chicken meatballs will be my 2nd favorite. It is my first time eating cold udon and I’m loving it. The chicken wings are also amazingly delicious. If this place is closer to us, we will definitely come more often!

This was an absolutely incredible meal from top to bottom. You can tell that the chefs take the job very serious. The atmosphere is incredible based on location alone the dishes are fun and creative filled with flavor. Most of them are very different and like nothing else you’ve ever had. I will certainly be back for the seasonal menu change.

First came here when the wait at Stray Dog was ridiculously long and so happy we did. Atmosphere is very airy and light, food is unique and well done and service has been great. We’ve only been for brunch when visiting the area and in colder times when the large patio is not open. Menu is a bit on the small side but we’ve enjoyed what we’ve had. One critic – we wish the t-shirts didn’t have so much on the backside as the logo is adorable.

We had a wonderful experience at PostBoy in New Buffalo!! Both the indoor and outdoor seating options are welcoming, the decor is posh and yet inviting, the menu options are one of a kind, and the service was quick and friendly! We ordered the corn dog, wings, chicken sando, fries, and carrots. I will have dreams about those carrots, I need this recipe, sublime!! We will certainly return to see our fun bartenders Kelly and Brett again! Thank you both for an amazing experience!

Our experience at Postboy was top notch! The vibe is elevated casual and hip, but felt very welcoming. It’s a beautiful space and I loved the curated aesthetic. Our service was fantastic. Sabrina took amazing care of us and truly made our first visit one to never forget. She has a passion for the food and restaurant and it shined through! She offered recommendations, checked on us often, and went above and beyond. And finally the star of the show – the food. It was exceptional! The menu is unique using fresh ingredients and thoughtfully curated. We shared 4 different plates along with dessert and we thoroughly enjoyed each one. Our favorites were the chicken thigh and mortadella. Wish we lived closer so we could come more often, but we’ll be back!
