We thought, this has to be cool, it’s in an old Post Office. It had characteristics of its old use but was brought back to life as a bar and grill. Our server was great. The food was just as good. It’s worth the stop to check out a cool old building.

Great idea for the location – an old post office with the remnants remaining intact. That’s about as interesting as it gets; however. Upon walking in, we had to awkwardly ask where to sit while the bartender and ‘regulars’ stared at us. Once seated, the waitress was reasonably friendly but not very helpful on drink or food choices. The food choices were typical bar food, the prices were great and the quality was pretty solid.

Absolutely horrible!! Paid $25 for a steak and it was the worst steak I have had in 40 years! Do not waste your money or time here. We pulled up and only one car was there and we should have taken that as a sign to go elsewhere where but we tried it. Won’t happen again. Service was horrible while experience was even worse! I would like to add I have never reviewed a restaurant until now and this one was bad enough it got a review

Earlier this year my parents and I decided we’d go to The Post Office for lunch. We’ve been there many times in the past and it was fine. I realize that it is an old building and the people that run The Post Office has brought new life into this historic place. The inside looks so drab and in need of some TLC!! It needs a good cleaning, painting and sprucing up!!! There are too many huge TV’s everywhere which takes away from the historicness of the place. The waitresses girls/women dress with low tops and don’t mind exposing themselves, which disgusts me!!!! I guess it’s to get tips, but it’s offensive to me and my parents too!! We will no longer be going to eat at The Post Office because of all of the above reasons. The food was good and the wait time isn’t too long, but we still will not be going back.

Somewhat disappointing. It’s a bar in an old post office, which ought to be really cool, but misses the mark. Some of the best architectural details are hidden behind TVs, for example. The food we had was good but no different from most other bar food – mostly fried. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Skip this one if you’re looking for a unique dining experience or special food; otherwise it’s fine.

Nice use of an older building. The pork tenderloin was good, The steak was cooked well, but totally unseasoned. The baked potato was overdone. Another waitress had to get our waitress several times, and it took over ten minutes just to run a card.

Microwaved dry roast beef served on a soggy hot dog bun, with canned beef broth to dip it in does NOT make a French dip. How dare you serve this to people!!

Usually go on Friday to sing and watch karaoke. Always have a great time. Non smoking in the main part and smoking on the outside part but its heated. Always Good time.

Very cool idea: a conversion from a Post Office to a bar and grill. The waffle fries and the catfish were prepared perfectly. The catfish was lightly breaded and I didn’t find a single bone. The waitress was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was a bit more dive bar than bar and grille. If you like slot machines, lotto, and bar food you’d be all set here.

The French dip was junk, wait staff was terrible border kine arrogant and same with the owner needs to act like it, and shouldn’t be so loud and obnoxious. Or he may have just been drunk which is also a classy move.
