I stopped here on the way to Columbia SC. It’s attached to an antique shop. There’s board games on each table and a variety of seating available.
I visited on a Monday so there was one guy holding down the shop. He was friendly.
I got the almond joy coffee with oat, it’s good but tasted watered down and a little too sweet.

The drinks were “OK”. There just didn’t seem to be enough actual coffee. The vibe is exceptional, neat surroundings and an elegant little seating area in the back. So, in spite of the drinks just being ok, the people were nice, fast service and it’s worth it to walk around and look at the unique antiques. Very different. Worth the trip just to browse at the unique items. Prices are excellent on the coffees.

Cute little shop, friendly employees…we had a delicious strawberry blueberry cheesecake. Also a strawberry milk tea boba and an iced chia latte. Everything tasted good and the prices were reasonable. Highly recommend.

First of all, only non-chain coffee shop in the area that’s open on a Sunday. That’s what drew us here in the first place from 30 minutes away, and I’m glad it did. Possum’s is the front half of an antique market, and it shows with their decoration. Very authentic and comfortably unique feel. You can walk in or hit their drive-thru. They have all the normal coffee shop options from drip to espresso drinks to boba, as well as some ice cream options, and tons of syrup flavors. They only had one girl working when we went, so she was running hard to manage the drive thru and interior at the same time, but we got our drinks quickly after we ordered. Take your coffee with you while you check out the antiques, or hang out for awhile…there’s lots of tables and comfortable chairs. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing. Must stop. We came to the bigger place down the road but they did not accept our dog traveling with us. We walked over to Possum’s and not only did they welcome him, but gave him treats, the service was exceptionally friendly, the store is beautiful and the coffee is great. This will be my stop between Charleston and Asheville from now on.
