The waitress was very helpful here. I asked for her recommendation and she gave me a few when it came to the rolls. The udon noodles was amazing! Full of flavor with a small kick. If I had to park my bobtail at Wal-Mart to walk here and eat. I would most definitely would. I highly recommend this place. Even the waitress came by and gave me refills without having to ask. Nowadays you gotta flag them down to get a refill. Very nice and awesome experience. I love the Goliath roll, I really did enjoy the noodles. Awesome!

A friendly staff, a clean place but the meal experience was 50/50 for me. I ordered sashimi (tuna & salmon) for about $30. For that price, I’m used to thick slices but these were very thin, almost paper thin. The salmon was good but the tuna was dry and it was not normal. In fact, I don’t think I’ve ever seen tuna that dry. It was also served a little colder than what it should be but that’s tolerable. They did replace the tuna with more salmon (after I pointed out how dry it was) without issue. However, my drink started as sweet tea but then they started refilling me with regular tea. They couldn’t remember what I ordered. So, my first time visit was kind of hit and miss. I don’t want to fault them too hard because they really were nice but I paid quite a bit to eat at a restaurant like this and didn’t feel satisfied.

The food is excellent but the staff prioritizes takeout orders over the people dining in the manager is just standing in the corner scrolling through his phone rather than helping his employees with a busy restaurant. Multiple customers waiting over an hour just to get their plate.

I had an acevichado roll from Posh’s Nikkei menu which was excellent! I forget the exact name of the roll I got. I have also really enjoyed their Udon noodles in the past. Bernardo was an excellent server as well! So friendly and helpful!
