Came here before a musical at Belk Theater. Normally I do not give 5-stars to restaurants with counter service, but I did tonight. The service at the counter was friendly and quick. The pizza and sandwich was delivered quickly to our table after we sat down. The waitresses were attentive bringing ice, forks and knives. AND THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS.
We shared a steak and cheese sub and two slices of pizza (Pepperoni and Chicken and Bacon). Everything was perfectly cooked and delicious.
Can’t wait to come here again to try other slices of pizza.

I walked in and I was greeted with a smile. She did not rush me to order, she afforded me the opportunity to search the menu without incident. I ordered the Crab & Shrimp pizza. Delish!! I think they sprinkled some Old Bay on top. Chef’s kiss. I will be back to try some of their salads and a lemon cello on the weekend.

Good place to grab a slice in the center of uptown, right across from the Bank of America building. The booths along the window have a nice view of the BofA building. Love that they have a water station, and restaurant was very clean with nice seating.

Wouldn’t recommend. There was a hair in my food and I asked for something completely different because what came out didn’t look good, its okay but if you’re looking for something flavorful this isn’t your go to place. Also there was a woman who had an attitude. Service is just as important to me as the quality of the food. Wouldnt go here again. If you do go here id recommend the Buffalo wings, they were mediocre though.

UPDATED REVIEW: A painful update after a poor margherita pizza left a bad taste in my mouth. The sauce on top was extremely watery and slid right off the pie leaving an okay cheese pie underneath. Disappointed that the quality of the regular pie doesn’t extend to other specialty pies.

stopped by for a slice and cheese steak before the show at Belk. Hubby couldnt stop raving about his cheese steak and the prices were beyond reasonable for downtown Charlotte. Staff were polite, quick and responsive. Definitely recommend when you are in the area!

As someone who love food and is a food influencer on social media I’m not hard to please ! The food was great but the experience with the service was terrible . We sat at a preferred table and a family of 8 sat not far from us . Us enjoying ourselves 15 minutes in and me expecting with my big belly comfortable the waitress asks us ( a black couple ) if we can move away from them to another area . I am so glad my phone was dead because I wanted to record the encounter for Tik Tok ! As if I felt poor . I was truly disgusted . Thank God my husband had patience . We moved to a table away and I didn’t even enjoy the experience anymore . Mind you I’m from Europe so I can tell you in Italy growing up the culture was the same . There remarks were not pleasant but I walked with grace feeling so nasty and disgusted . I won’t be back . The servers need to treat people with more respect . We are both business owners and can’t imagine treating people or our clients / customers with such rudeness! As a pregnant women and black women I can’t believe I was judged so hard in 2025 ! If you look at my review history this is the first time I rated low

The sauce from the chicken parm was distasteful, very bland. It smells like chef boyardee ravioli sauce, No flavor whatsoever. The pasta was cooked to perfection. The garlic bread also lacked flavor. It could have been toasted a bit longer as well if it was toasted at all
