Very disappointed to be making this review but here we are. Portofinos rolls have been a staple in our house for a long time but i cannot order from them any more. This is the 5th time we have received RAW undercooked rolls. The first time it happened, I called and suggested that maybe their oven temperatures were off- I worked at a pizza place once and it’s happened to me before, no big deal, into the oven it went. 2nd time, maybe it was a fluke. 3rd time we called and made a complaint to whoever was working that night and they said the owner would call us but that the guy on the phone had been telling the cook he was using the wrong size dough or was doing something else wrong and it’s been a continuous issue. The owner/supervisor never called us back . 4th time we called again and the owner Bobby did call us back a day or 2 later and said next time we order he would give us 2 free orders of rolls to make up for it. Well, this makes our 5th order of raw rolls. This sucks because the food used to be so good and their delivery service was always great but we will be finding another spot to use from now on :/ Videos are included. The pull is NOT cheese it is raw pizza dough. In some of the clips you can even see unmelted shredded cheese. The inside is always completely undercooked while the outside looks fine

The buffalo chicken rolls and steak rolls are so underrated. Try them and thank me later.
Also food always comes lightening fast without any issues. I had an issue with a large order once and they resolved it for me.

Wanted to leave a review because we have been ordering from here quite a bit recently! Really good pizza and great prices, definitely worth trying. We love the cheese they use here, it’s so good. And they use a lot of cheese lol 10/10. Delivery is also fast!!

TERRIBLE. My chicken salad was a HUNK of LETTUCE.. in the picture (left side- all lettuce that was old) and the right side-is what I can eat but I choose not to. If something in the salad is bad then who knows what else is bad. I actually went to Gormans Pub next door for wings and they told us to go to the side entrance for food realizing it was a little pizza joint. NEVER again. We ordered a fish hoagie as well, and it was slimy. On a scale 1-10 I would say -1.

I have ordered from Portofino’s multiple times since moving into the area. Every time I have ordered the service has been wonderful. I have gotten it delivered for every single order and it has been within a timely manner. The pizza is always really good And it’s also affordable. The food always arrives hot and fresh. A really great local pizza joint.

I stopped in the first time today. There was no menus and there was only 2 people inside waiting. I asked to see what they offered and prices, but the guy behind the counter was more interested in acting like I was an inconvenience to him. I walked next door instead.

Portofino’s is always good. I’ve not once had a bad experience and everything is always good. I’d get one of everything if I could afford it and they are so polite and kind to their customers. My husband has been coming here for 22 years now, I’ve been coming here for 17 years and the pizza is so good, everything on their menu is. We used to live outside their delivery zone and one time we couldn’t get to them, the owner still delivered to us. We are definitely regulars here and there are also other locations and they are just as awesome as this one. Everything is always fresh and clean and made to your liking. I definitely recommend eating here if you never had, in my opinion you won’t be disappointed. They also have wonderful carry out deals and delivery deals as well.

Love the pizza, rolls, salads and hoagies here. The breadsticks here are the best I’ve ever had, soft and fluffy seasoned with parm and garlic butter. #11 is our go to meal for delivery, a great value which is so important today. Also they are very fast delivering in their area. My go to spot since the first time a gave them a try, I’d encourage anyone else to try them as well.
