Our waiter was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. You know the food is good when you leave still smelling like butter and garlic and you’re totally okay with it.
Can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!
First, I loved the atmosphere of the restaurant with the exception of the need to turn a bit more heat on in there. I had sweat pants and a sweat shirt on and was still chilled sitting there. The fake fireplace in the center of the room gives cozy feels.
Second, the server that we got was not good. We ordered water to drink and a different person brought our appetizer out before we ever got drinks. I had to ask him for them. He said that it’s her first week. She wasn’t able to answer our general questions regarding the menu and we could hear the same issue at the table behind us when they were ordering. I understand that she may be new, but the management needs to have her shadowing someone to train or have someone to check in on her. I felt like we were forgotten while sitting there.
Third, the food. The bruschetta was lazily made. The bread wasn’t that toasted. It had a lot of cheese on top. Wasn’t horrible, but I wouldn’t get it again there. We got a Greek salad with house dressing. It was a standard salad. Hard to mess that up. We got a Hawaiian pizza but it didn’t really taste like anything but cheese. It was very bland. There was hardly any sauce on.
We won’t go back when we are in the area.
The crispy chicken alfredo was warm creamy and delicious. The garlic knot was not very chewy or hard to bite, enough crunch and soft inside.
I enjoyed the food.
I’m a trucker and I will definitely order again when in town.
The chocolate was very crunchy and sugary sweet inside. So if you like sweet filling, you will really enjoy them. The standard canoli shell was soft. I suppose from being in the fridge for a couple of days. We even brought two home.
Clean atmosphere. Nice lighting. Central fireman makes it feel a bit upscale for basically a pizza place.
The dishes were decent if you are craving American food pretending to be Italian cuisine (which we were). The amount of melted chewy mozzarella on top of an already cheese filled manicotti was ridiculous and made it inedible without removing the 1/8 inch thick cheese “blanket.”
Prices showed they thought highly of themselves. I did not think as highly.
Staff apologized A LOT. So much so, my normally non-judgemental partner asked the waitress to stop.
Our kid loved his pizza..
I probably won’t be returning any time soon.
As for the restaurant it was very clean! Watched a waiter spill a drink and it was cleaned immediately. Tables after guest left were cleaned in a timely manner.
