They really slinging them wieners at this joint. So many wieners! I’ll probably start dropping by whenever I fly into and out of ORD. Super nice representation of the Chicago Dog. I’ll try the chili cheese dog next. Onion rings are fantastic. Service was prompt. Big parking lot if you wanna chill while waiting on an arrival. Maybe crown down in a succulent wiener while you’re at it.

Courteous staff with a team effort to get out all quality product that is similar to any other production, no matter the location….. even late hour pickup near Ohare, where customer demand can vary by the weather and flights. I’ll be stopping with an order from my wife (long time fan) before I go back to Wisconsin.

Disgusting. I swear they chewed the meat up and spit it out in the bun. The meat tasted like dog food, the bun was so soggy it just fell apart and the whole sandwich itself looked like someone squished it together. I took one bite and spit it right back out. You can tell whoever made it has absolutely no care for quality. Very disappointing for my first time trying this place. I was nice and gave 3 stars for service and atmosphere because I ordered online so I didn’t get to experience that but if it’s anything like their food I’m sure it was shit. I will NOT be going back, ever.

This is a pickup location, not a dine-in. Food was hot and great. This was my first time eating a burger from Portillos, and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. I have a new favorite there, aside from the Italian beefs.

Two stars because they continue to serve me lukewarm to cold food. Hot food supposed to be served hot. Clearly this has been an ongoing problem according to Google review summary. People can get sick. Managers need to check the temperature of food. Train staff on food handling safety temperatures.

Love the hot dogs and fries but the onion rings were the best I have had in a while. It’s a pick up place and a busy one but the service was quick and the order accurate. Will definetly visit again when in Chicago

I have been craving for an Italian beef from portillos for so long now. I went got one with hot peppers easy dipped and moss cheese. The beef was skipped there were prob 5 peppers and 5 pieces of mozzarella cheese. It was so horrible. The taste I love portillos beefs. But it was literally bread. I paid 12 bucks for bread def not happy after as long as I’ve been craving portillos i was pretty disappointed i have been going to potillos for years. I even worked at the one in egv on gulf road. I have never had a beef w no beef no peppers and no cheese. It’s like the person who made it took a pinch of eveything and put it on there.
