First time at a Portillo’s and I was not disappointed! I’m from Atlanta so this spot was new to me. I ordered the #5 combo (Italian Beef & Sausage Combo w/ sweet peppers). The sandwich was delicious and the fries were good! You get a huge portion of cheese to dip the fries in, which was a surprise compared to other restaurant chains. Big fan! I’ll be returning next time I’m in town! Friendly staff at this location as well!

Great overall experience. This was our first time here, so we didn’t know what to expect. My husband ordered the Itilian Beef sandwich, which he said was a tad dry. He ordered it the Portillo’s way. Perhaps when we return, he’ll order it wet, and that will make it better. I ordered a cheeseburger, which was delicious. Tasted like it was cooked on the BBQ. Very filling. The onion rings were so-so. We wouldn’t get them again but then again we aren’t onion rings kinda people.

Portillos is a cool place with a lot of atmosphere and fairly good food. Stopped by here this afternoon with my little brother. I got a giant all beef hot dog with everything on it. And little brother got a double cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise. We both got some french fries and a Coca-Cola. My all beef hotdog was nothing to brag about ordinary. But I could tell by the way my little brother was smiling. I had ordered the wrong thing. His double cheeseburger looked quite delicious. Crinkle fries were nice and crispy and a Coca-Cola‘s were icy cold. Worth another stop.

Everyone that brags about the food is spot on! We ordered their Chicago style hot dog which was fantastic along with their Italian bee and onion rings. The Italian beef was incredible. Highly recommend ordering. We also tried their milk shakes. We ordered their strawberry which was amazing as well along with the chocolate shake. I do however wish the staff were more accommodating and welcoming. This being our first time the staff seemed very displeased having to work and taking our order. The staff that handle the food after it is made didn’t seem to know what to do with the orders.

Italian beef sub was well seasoned, but seemed dry to me and required a drink to finish some bites. It was better once I put my nacho cheese (for my fries) on the sub. Very clean and engaging interior of the restaurant. Plenty of posters and things to look at while you are eating and/or waiting for food. Staff was fairly helpful and food took about 5 minutes, but they weren’t busy when I went.

Probably the best Portillo’s we’ve eaten at, and we’ve been to Chicago locations and Orlando. Food came out tasting great, very true to the Chicago locations. Chocolate cake shake was DONE RIGHT (UNLIKE ORANDLO LOCATION) and was delicious!! Definitely hit the spot. Can’t wait to come back while I’m in town. I LOVE PORTILLO’S! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

The food was great top-notch wonderful. I dined in and ordered a hot dog and an Arnold Palmer. There were 12 people in front of me and I had to wait till everyone of them had been served before they would just give me my hot dog and my drink. I wish someone would just think!! My food doesn’t need to sit over at the fry counter if it doesn’t need fries. Serve your customers.
