First time here, and I had such a great experience! There were three of us in our group, and we each ordered our own meal while sitting at a cozy table. The restaurant is really clean, beautifully decorated, and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. I went with the Chicago-style hot dog with all the toppings—mustard, relish, celery salt, freshly chopped onions, sliced red tomatoes, a kosher pickle, and sport peppers all piled onto a perfectly steamed poppy seed bun. The fries were super crispy and delicious. I’d definitely love to come back and try more from the menu!

Came in here for the 1st time since they opened and I felt like I was in Chicago. The food was good, & Houston vibes was also there.
I ordered the polish hot dog just like when I’m in Chicago & the food is consistent. 5 stars all the way and you got to stop by if you’re in the area.
Everything here is brand new as it just opened up not to long ago. Glad yall made your way to the “H”.
This one’s a hit. They have good staff & the decor on the inside is cool. I actually felt like I was in Chicago when I walked in. (First time was in Chicago).
This place is located right on the corner of 59 & 1960. You can’t miss it. Glad I finally had time to stop in and check yall out.

Portillo’s in Humble, Texas absolutely deserves five stars! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is fun, energetic, and welcoming. The food is always fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. The Italian beef sandwich is perfectly seasoned and juicy, and the Chicago-style hot dogs are spot on. The fries are crispy, and don’t even get me started on the chocolate cake — it’s a must-try!
The staff is friendly, efficient, and keeps things moving even when it’s busy. The restaurant is clean, well-organized, and a great place to grab a meal with family or friends.
If you’re anywhere near Humble and craving quality comfort food, Portillo’s is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back!

I know Portillo’s is known for their Italian Beef and it is huge, but I went with the cheeseburger and it did not disappoint! The burger tastes like it came from a real grill. Their onion rings are great and the service was too. Safe to say we will be back.

My second time trying this place and it was absolutely delicious. Last night I got the Italian beef with sweet peppers and dipped. Absolutely spectacular. Rich beefy and yummy. Tonight I got the Rodeo burger with fries. So far I’m really enjoying this place definitely worth a try if you’ve never been.

I had the meal with two hot dogs, fries, drink & shared it with my mom we added the cheese sauce with our fries which was good! I loved the bun & hot dog was very flavorful! I’m not a fan of pickles so I removed that. I will definitely be back!

If this soft opening on Friday the 13th, was soft, then I can image the grand opening. Busy day, but drive thru, and inside customers was greeted and service was efficient. I’ve tried the Willowbrook location, and that’s also a great location but that mall traffic isn’t welcoming with road construction. But this location is across the 59 freeway otherwise, and easier on driving. Management assured customers about fire alarm testing on this first day as well. My two favorites, Rodeo Burger, and Regular Italian Beef, sweet and regular, will be back when on the northside.

My Chicago friend always telling about Portillo’s. Until It finally arrived to Humble Area, went through drive through and got the #2 Hot Dogs.
Love Any HotDogs, but these were Nice. Every bite was juicy and could feel all the flavors in your mouth. No Diddy.
Would highly recommend to any ages. Really Good. Will go again soon.

Great atmosphere and staff were professional and friendly. Kitchen already looked like a well oiled machine and they’ve only been open for days at this point. Will definitely come again!

I’m not sure what the hype is about. I tried it for the first time today. The price is definitely steep for being amusement park food. I paid $26.99 for just me and my 5 year old. First of all, they don’t just have kids meals like everyone else and everything is priced separately. Second, there’s no seasoning! Where’s the flavor? I got the crispy chicken sandwich. It was crazy thin and was more breading than it was chicken. My daughter’s chicken tenders had no seasoning at all and she wouldn’t eat them. Third, the cheese is nothing special. Everyone hyped the cheese up. For what??? It’s the plastic tasting cheese. It’s not even the Ricos brand that gets sold at ball parks. It tasted awful and I hated that I spent an extra buck on that. We won’t go there again.
