This is the first time that I have been here since they remodeled/added more dining space. I think it’s a much nicer/cleaner restaurant now and the staff is very friendly! The food was delicious! We had a big dine in group order and everything was perfect! We used one of the four ordering kiosks which were very easy and fast to use. You can also order with a person at the counter.

order wrong no big deal no need to huff and puff just let them know and they’ll fix it with no questions asked.

We just went through after years of not going there, and boy has it gone down hill. We just got one Italian beef and one combo it came to $19.56. The sandwiches were super dry, the bread and the meat. Usually they will dip the combo or even just ask if you want it dipped, even the meat was just bone dry. Do they even still cook the meat in the juice?? They completely skimped out on the meat and the sandwiches were small but it might just felt that way since they were mostly empty. I guess this is why there was no line, which back in the day would be odd. Sorry portillos, never again visiting you. I’ll just dream of how you were back in the day
