My dbl burger was hot and juicy. I got there around noon.
But…the fries were warm only. At best warm. Some were hard and dry. Fries were under the heat lamp to long. Shouldn’t happen during mid lunch. I drove over to Renard and starting eating within minutes

This was honestly one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time. The food at this Portillo’s was a complete disappointment. My order came out cold, tasteless, and looking like it had been sitting out for ages. The hot dog was soggy, the fries were greasy and limp, and the beef sandwich had absolutely no flavor. Nothing tasted fresh.
The service made everything even worse. The staff looked annoyed to be there and acted like customers were a bother. No greetings, no explanations, and when I asked about my delayed order, the employee responded with attitude instead of help. The whole vibe felt unprofessional and rushed, like nobody cared at all. 01/31/2026 3:30pm Also the manager with the name of Lincula S should have better control which I believe he’s not capable to manage the situation and the restaurant.

Good service fast in and out from the drive-through I was surprised to see that they’re normal way of doing it where they’ve got multiple people standing in the drive-through outside. We’re not there. It’s just a normal window system. Maybe have one go to the next but efficiently the food as far as the french fries goes they could’ve been a little little warmer. It seems like they may have sent a little bit. They weren’t fresh right away, but that might be a cold day so I won’t need them on that but on all the typical Portillo‘s experience, good food and friendly thank you guys.

Tried the Big Burger Bundle and it was a great value for the price. We dined in, but unfortunately the burger was cold and didn’t have much flavor. It was pretty unimpressive and honestly didn’t sit well with me before I even left. I’d skip the burger and stick with the hot dogs instead.

I definitely ate it all because I was already home and I was starving but didn’t expect that trash. Management? Prep? Someone served trash and I’m sure I wasn’t the only one who got a bum meal.
