Food and drinks were so good, everything felt fresh and came with a high quality. The service was a bit slow but i understand that there is always a lot of people. The place was pretty clean. We had a fire alarm and that was a bit anoying but it was not their fault. Totally recommended.

We love Portillo’s so, hate to put anything less than 5 star but team missed the mark this time. Person at front was polite and patient as we ordered our food. Food took way longer than normal to prepare. Big Italian Beef had very little meat in it as you can tell from photo. Tried asking staff for help who came by but they said they can’t help and to fill out a survey…REALLY? Just disappointed!

First time at this location, will probably opt for the one on Ogden going forward. Ordered a Maxwell street Polish and when I opened it up at home it was dressed as a dog with everything. It was a polish but had tomato, sport pepper, raw onion, pickle, all of it. Would not recommend it this way.

A staple to the Chicagoland area. I fancy the Combo. The combo being Italian beef and sausage on a roll! The atmosphere is old timey early America. I highly recommend trying this establishment before leaving the area!

The overall vibe is pretty great, expect a lot of noise and high energy from the other patrons. The food itself was good and was done relatively quick for being char broiled to order. I wasn’t left waiting for long which was nice! It was pretty expensive for what was essentially diner food but I enjoyed it and would go again! I got the Chicago dog which was pretty unwieldy to actually eat but tasted good and I also got the new BBQ burger, I was happy enough for both!
