Omg this place is perfect. The food is so good – best brisket and the nicest and bestest staff.

Great menu options, fast and prompt service. Super friendly staff. They’re amazing.

The brisket is noteworthy amazing. It was perfect. The right about salt, pepper, fat, and meat. So good.

All the sides are delicious as well.

I don’t normally love BBQ joints, so I was pleasantly surprised to find that I loved EVERYTHING. The homemade pickles are top notch. Loved the cole slaw, crisp and vinegary. I got a brisket sandwich, tried all 3 sauces, all delicious (spicy bbq was a wee bit too spicy but very tasty). I added pickles to mine for a crunchy kick. I would keep the brisket whole for less messy eating next time. Brisket was tender and juicy. Gouda mac and cheese was yummy, I added a little salt & pepper. The beans! So good, not too sweet with a spicy kick. The molasses gingerbread dessert was delightful as well. We will definitely be back. They gave us free pickles, and free dessert for our friends birthday. We had banana pudding as well which was also good, we just wished it was real banana instead of banana flavor. Quality ingredients, fresh, and a wide variety of flavor. 10/10.

So the actual brisket and beans get 5/5 stars. What brings it down to a humble but solid 4 is the bread and the pork ribs. The pork was on the dry side. The bread was just cold and needed to be toasted to be elevated with no effort pretty much.

Unfortunately I didn’t take any photos of the food. Fortunately my wife and I stopped here to eat! ❤️

We travel full-time and have eaten at a LOT of places across the country in four years, especially BBQ. Porter’s in Pasco is among the top of our list so far.

Not only was the brisket and sausage perfect, the coleslaw hit the spot! And do NOT forget Mom’s Molasses Bars.

The vibe was chill and the store very clean. Plus the gals working were super awesome.

So if we ever come back through this area, Porter’s will be our first choice. #NoRegrets

Delicious!! My first time visiting the area and this was a great place to stop. The food looked amazing as it was being prepared and tasted even better! If I lived in the area this would be a frequent stop.

The Dino rib was amazing! Really nice bark. So tender it just fell off the bone. It had so much flavor I didn’t even put any bbq sauce on it. I thought one rib wouldn’t be enough, so I got a hogzilla burger too. I was wrong and had to take the hogzilla in a to go box.

Best brisket within 200 miles.
I drive a LOT for work, and get meals reimbursed, and I’m doing carnivore, so I eat a lot of barbecue from a lot of places. The only other place I’ve ever been that was this amazing was over near Portland…

I asked for brisket, and the guy at the counter said “What kind?” and I said “The fattiest piece you’ve got.” and he darn sure delivered. Even threw in the burnt-end.
It was amazing. Melt in your mouth, juicy, rendered fat marbled thick through the whole thing.
Their dry rub is perfect, the perfect amount of salt and pepper and spices, I didn’t even bother with sauce (would have ruined the perfection anyway).

Holy hell, they’ve got good brisket. DEFINITELY worth the drive out to this place.

This was our first time at Porters. Our granddaughter from Texas was skeptical as she knows good barbecue. To our surprise the quality of the brisket was the best we ever had. The beans were very good and the mac and cheese was outstanding. Best we have ever had at a barbecue restaurant or any other place for that matter. Looking forward to coming back. Great job Porters.
