Great menu options, fast and prompt service. Super friendly staff. They’re amazing.
The brisket is noteworthy amazing. It was perfect. The right about salt, pepper, fat, and meat. So good.
All the sides are delicious as well.
We travel full-time and have eaten at a LOT of places across the country in four years, especially BBQ. Porter’s in Pasco is among the top of our list so far.
Not only was the brisket and sausage perfect, the coleslaw hit the spot! And do NOT forget Mom’s Molasses Bars.
The vibe was chill and the store very clean. Plus the gals working were super awesome.
So if we ever come back through this area, Porter’s will be our first choice. #NoRegrets
I drive a LOT for work, and get meals reimbursed, and I’m doing carnivore, so I eat a lot of barbecue from a lot of places. The only other place I’ve ever been that was this amazing was over near Portland…
I asked for brisket, and the guy at the counter said “What kind?” and I said “The fattiest piece you’ve got.” and he darn sure delivered. Even threw in the burnt-end.
It was amazing. Melt in your mouth, juicy, rendered fat marbled thick through the whole thing.
Their dry rub is perfect, the perfect amount of salt and pepper and spices, I didn’t even bother with sauce (would have ruined the perfection anyway).
Holy hell, they’ve got good brisket. DEFINITELY worth the drive out to this place.
