This place gets really packed, and if you make a reservation, you have to be waiting inside the restaurant the whole time. The food was decent and the waitstaff were attentive. The buffalo fried shrimp was fried perfectly and had a good amount of buffalo sauce, but the sauce didn’t have any kick or spice at all. I also got the patriot burger, which was cooked perfectly and the fries were well seasoned and very crispy. However, the waitress never informed us that the kitchen ran out of hamburger rolls and they ended up putting the burger on a small type of roll, which didn’t fit the entire burger. We ended up having to ask for another piece of bread just so the burger could fit on it. I feel like this is something the waitress should have informed us of so we could’ve made a different selection.

Always good food, we had a party of six and everyone was happy with their main courses.
The down stair can get very loud when it’s packed and you can’t hear the person next to you, upstairs might be better for a larger party, if you want to hear.
The only issues we had were the dessers, the blueberry cobler wasn’t that good, the creme Brulee was over cooked and dense. However the chocolate mousse was very good!

First time here New Year’s Eve. It was jam packed. We arrived late to reservation- they had no issues (only 15 mins but still were late). The appetizer we got the cheesesteak eggs rolls were ok. They did have a limited menu which is why there weren’t that many appetizers but regardless we came to eat dinner and boy the dinner was fantastic. The Delmonico rib eye steak was 18 oz of pure perfection. One of the best steaks I’ve ever had Cooked great. Tasted great. Quality was great. I can eat that everyday lol. Others had filet mignon which was great also. Highly recommend coming here if you’re a big steak lover. Really impressed with this place. Yeah it’s $30-$50/person but the portions and quality of food you get beats going to longhorn type restaurant any day. Also their bread was amazing

We go here every time we visit family. Normally it is amazing, like we talk about our meals and how good they were for months after. This time around, we are talking about how bad the food was. I got the Philly Roast Pork special and it was DRY, think National Lampoons turkey dry. There wasnt enough ranch in the entire restaurant to help it! 1/5 stars and that’s only cause the bread was good. Someone else got the BBQ Pulled Poek sandwich and it was flavorless. I think they bulk make the pork and then just add the sauce to it….except this time they didnt. My son always get the French dip…loves it…until this time around. He said Panera bread French dip was 100xs better. My husband loved his. He got the Cuban, but honestly, he loves any and all food. So, yeah…super disappointed in Porterhouse this time around. Dont know if it was a one off. Guess we’ll find out when we go visit family again.

Typical pub foods with awesome staff and family friendly atmosphere.
The French onion soup could use a little more time to sweat the onion since it tasted like they cooked it in the broth and not sauteed long enough, the cheese pull on top was delicious. Burger was delicious and highly recommended. Espresso martini was good though I don’t think it was made with real espresso and rather a concentrate. Fish and chips were solid fried cat fish and fries. Would come again for the burger.

This was our first time here. It is so convenient, next to Pedlers Village. Inside is so inviting! The atmosphere is great. Food was Amazing. We all had different dishes. Service was spot on and the cocktails delicious! Would highly recommend!

We sat at a high top in the bar area. At the bartender’s suggestion, we tried the mango cosmo and cherry bourbon smash. Both were really good. Our dinners were delicious. We had the bronzed grouper and Delmonico steak dinner…can’t wait to come back!

We come here every year during the month of December. After this year’s visit, I doubt that we will be back. Service was so-so and we weren’t even asked if we would like a second round of drinks. It was fairly busy so that was understandable. My main complaint is that I ordered the garden salad and a “jumbo” shrimp cocktail. I was surprised to see a plate piled high with lettuce – with a total of four medium-ish/large shrimp on the corners which had poor texture and flavor. Disappointing. Out of curiosity I asked how many shrimp I would have received if I chose the add a protein option to my salad, and I was told four. So instead I paid double. $16 for four poorly cooked shrimp cocktail vs $8 for adding the same amount of shrimp to a salad. Do better, Porterhouse.

Easy walk from Peddler’s Village. Great food and good portions especially in today’s world. Friendly staff. The atmosphere was great as well. The buffalo chicken sandwich and the french dip sandwich were amazing! I didn’t give it a five because of the weird payment rule which made no sense. I had a family of three and we had one other friend in our party. We asked for the check to be split accordingly but they refused to do it? The waitress said that they can’t split checks according to parties but only in half??? Makes no sense, right? Why can’t you split checks according to my family and the one person! So frustrating especially when most people don’t carry cash around.

Got dinner here with my friend after we spent the day at Peddler’s Village. Our server, Teresa, was very friendly and the food we got was great. We shared the chicken & spinach dip for an appetizer. Then I got the Brew Master’s burger and she got the Pulled Pork BBQ sandwich. The portions were generous so we took plenty of our food home with us for leftovers!
