Amazingly wonderful, community cafe tucked away in the heartland. I stop there regularly for breakfast on pheasant hunting trips.
Single owner establishment. Locals will make and serve coffee, take orders and bus tables when things get busy. Food is terrific. Service and charm is a 6/5.

Great pizza spot recently I was let down by Pks and seen this place posted on a Facebook group. I’m from Saint paul been to Chicago and New York so I won’t compare but I can say out of all the pizza spots around these parts this is by far my favorite. The chicken here is very good too

Great breakfast! Ranks in the top 5 EVER! Had biscuits and gravy loaded with well seasoned sausage and a side of crisp thick-cut bacon and the chef sent out a pancake besides! Light and fluffy pancake was super! In fact, the biscuits and gravy were enough but since I was in no hurry was able to eat it all along with several cups of good coffee. I reccomend this place any time but Saturday morning was special!

We stopped in, sat down and didn’t get waited on until we asked another table if the waitress comes to us or we order at the counter. She overheard us and finally waited on us. Our food was good. Stood at the counter for a while before she came to the till so we could pay. Seems to they treat the locals well…
