Best Portuguese food I’ve had in RI or Mass. the shrimp Mozambique was fabulous! Great taste- loads of garlic 100%. The portion size was a pleasant surprise. The veggies- were really good- still had some crunch not mushy at all! Everyone’s dish was tasty and enjoyed thoroughly. Good service.

The people who work here are very friendly and you do not have to wait too long to be seated. Their Portuguese steak was very tasty and the rice was good. However their sliced potatoes are more like thin deeply fried potato chips so they do not soak up the sauce well. Next time that I go, I will ask for regular fries or roasted potatoes.

If you’re staying at the hotel and you don’t eat here, you’re making a mistake. The portions are enough for 2 meals and the half bottles of wine are actually factory sealed 0,5 L bottles.

My wife and I shared a nice quiet lunch with great food and Nick gave us excellent service throughout our meal. My wife said her fish was cooked perfectly and my Portuguese Burger was one to be enjoyed bite by bite. Their Round Fries are truly outstanding.

Always great food and great atmosphere! I’ve been several times now and each visit is wonderful. Authentic, flavorful food and great drinks make for an enjoyable experience every time. My most recent visit was for a friend’s birthday celebration and our sever, Cole, went above and beyond to make our lunch a memorable one! Can’t wait to visit again.

Gee I have never seen such winer’s in my life!! If you don’t have anything good to say then say nothing at all.. my sister took me here and IT WAS THE BEST MEAL OF MY LIFE!! I got the surf and turf steak melted in my mouth! Cooked perfectly’!! Mashed garlic potatoes were awesome!! As well as baked stuffed shrimp.. only thing was people were very loud as well as screaming bratty kids.. sorry but Saturday night get a sitter and let people enjoy their meal or control your brats I raised 2 children and never allowed my kids to act like animals… should have no children section

My group was a party of 5. I made a reservation for dinner Sunday evening for 6 pm in the bar area because my group likes to play Keno and we also have a handicap person and it’s a shorter distance for him to walk. We walked in with another family. The waitress asked them if they had reservations. They said no. She did not ask me if I had a reservation just proceeded to set up a table for them (6) in their party in the bar area. Was gone quit a while then came back and I told her I had a reservation for 6 pm for 5 for the bar area. She tells me to follow her and puts us in a back room at a table for 6 where the other family could have sat and they had kids so it would have been a perfect place and gives that table to us. I told her we wanted to play Keno and I asked for the bar area. She said that’s all they had. So why make a reservation if your not going to honor it. (Note to people if you go and have reservations call several times before you go to make sure they understand)I ordered fried scallops with round chips. Scallops are usually pan seared. I asked to let them stay a little longer in the pan so they put the scallops in the friolator and burned them to a crisp and I got regular fries. 2 people in our party got sword fish. Very dry was not fresh was frozen. Another ordered boiled potatoes with her meal and they were literally cold, butter wouldn’t even melt. Their round fries are so thin it’s a crunchy chip. I have enjoyed this restaurant and gone many times and since the change in hands their menu has gone down hill unfortunately. Their prices are decent but the food quality is not there. And the one who wrote the review about 2 large dinners with a bottle of wine for $40 is pulling your leg!

We were recommended this place for our first time having Portuguese food. Definitely going back. It was AMAZING. The food was incredible. I wish we would have known about this place sooner. Being our first time, we weren’t sure what to order. Our waitress, Caroline, was the best! She had several recommendations and told us all about the food. Everything we got was amazing. We will be going back to try some more Portuguese food soon.
