The sandwiches are delicious as long as CHRIS the heavy set white guy with red chin hair (ew) doesn’t make it. He messed up a couple sandwiches for us NO APOLOGY from him just attitude. I go in weeks later and he recognizes me and skips me in line. He even had a few words for me. I don’t engage with him because I know there is something wrong with him but THIS PORT OF SUBS LOCATION WOULD GREATLY BENEFIT BY LETTING GO OF HEAVYSET CHRIS

I’ve never cared for Port of Subs due to the poor quality of food and service over the years. I decided to try it again since it has been a few years. Boy was that a mistake. I ordered the teriyaki chicken melt with extra teriyaki sauce. What I got was a disgusting mess. No teriyaki sauce whatsoever but they were kind enough to drown the sandwich in a river of mayonnaise. I couldn’t even take a bite it looked so gross. A friend tried it and spit it out. What a waste of money. Whoever made this should be ashamed to hand that abomination to a paying customer. This place has gone downhill….the workers made me and my sister feel so uncomfortable. Employee kept questioning whether or not the ingredients I chose was what I really wanted. Workers cursing/yelling at their children who were hanging out in the dining area. Luke warm ingredients,..sad to say I won’t be returning.

My wife ordered a small sandwich with double meat. She got 8 slices of meat. Her sandwich was good. I ordered a large and was told 10 slices is extra meat. I have 3 times the amount of bread as her and 2 extra slices of meat? Got charged 3.50 extra and didn’t seem like any extra meat was on my sandwich. We frequent this location and now I’m not sure we will be back. It used to be a fun environment when we went to this location and now you can tell even associates are miserable. I didn’t argue because it isn’t their fault but the management here is either going down the drain or the company is.

Went in to order to go, asked for double meat on a small and a large… small was 8 pieces which was fine, the large, we were told, was 10 pieces of meat per large sandwich how does a small get 8 pieces (double meat) and a large get 10? what happens with a medium? The large should at least get 12? Correct? Was treated so rudely by the kid who started the sandwiches, I think I will not go back. Horrible service. Greatly disappointed. Oh, and even worse, he tried to give me the butt end of the ham when he had the whole chub. Very poor service. And we have frequented this place. Awful!

First time eating here and must say I was super impressed. The staff were all very professional and so helpful. The manager was such a sweetheart and took the time to explain their rewards program since I’m from out of town.
Sandwiches were amazing. The bread was fantastic! Oh, and I also picked up a chocolate chip cookie and a triple chocolate brownie that were simply out of this world.
There’s a slight chance I may have pre-diabetes now, but damn it was worth it!! Will definitely eat here again. Next time tho – I’m picking up as many of those brownies as they will sell me.
