I stopped by this sandwich shop recently and was seriously impressed! The bread was fresh and perfectly toasted, the ingredients tasted high-quality, and everything was made exactly how I asked. You can tell they really care about what they’re serving.
The staff was friendly, patient, and quick—even during a busy rush. The shop itself was clean and had a welcoming vibe, which made it a great place to sit and enjoy lunch.
I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to friends and family. If you’re craving a fresh, satisfying sandwich, this place is worth it!

Avoid this shop location at all cost (literally) in a new beautiful building and location. Very skimpy sandwiches. Had a good friend buy 3 large sandwiches to bring home after his workout at Eagle Fitness. THE STANDARD AT THIS LOCATION HAS GONE DOWNHILL. Go to a different location! They give a bad reputation to the Port of Subs Franchise!! Sooooo disappointing when asked for extra onion, a few sprinkled on top was what they called extra. Thin layer of thinly sliced meat could barely satisfy anyone’s hunger including my 5 year old grand nephew! Skip this location!

This shop is always excellent! The sandwiches are made fresh, the bread is soft and delicious, and the ingredients taste high quality every time. The staff is friendly, fast and pays attention to details. The store is clean and well-run. Highly recommended this location if you want a great sub and a great service

I’ve been ordering egg and cheese sandwiches at this location for several weeks now. My family and I are vegetarians so we have quite a difficult time finding places that our entire family can get a full meal. We used to order egg sandwiches from subway but they don’t always have egg in stock so we looked around for a new sandwich shop and we’re so thrilled to find port of subs. The egg sandwiches are so delicious. So here is the problem. On sundays (the only day my husband has off work) we wake up with our two kids and slowly get ourselves ready go out into nature for the day. So usually around lunch time we are ready to get in the car and go. I place my order online before we even leave the house bc I’ve learned that it takes a while to cook the eggs. Cool. Everything has been fine for weeks. Until yesterday, I walk into an empty store to pick up my four sandwiches and the manager of all people stopped me and asked me to place my order before 11am. I said absolutely not because the time we are ready to leave every weekend is different and I’m not ordering my sandwiches two hours in advance to sit there on their counter. Yesterday I ordered my sandwiches around 1pm and arrived around 1:30 and the store was empty. The manager told me that MY order caused a huge line in his store today and backed him up to the door. I’m sorry, but I thought a lot of business was good? I spend at least $50 each time AND I tip the employees. I am a paying customer for months now and I was just told that MY order was an inconvenience. If I had any wit about myself at the time I would have asked more questions in person like , “so would you rather me come stand in line and order my sandwiches like everyone else and really make you guys behind?” Or “I’m a paying customer, why is my order the one that’s the issue?” “If eggs can’t be cooked all day then take them off the menu after 11am”. I’m very upset. I told the manager I’d take my business elsewhere but I’m going to make sure I leave this nice review and I will be contacting the company. If eggs take so long to cook that you need to stop selling them at a certain time then implement that for all customers by taking egg off the menu at a certain time. Now my family has to find another vegetarian option for our adventure days because this jack wagon was so concerned about too much business. Make it make sense. I won’t be back. I’ll find another location who wants my business.

Passing through Reno and needed a quick healthy to go breakfast at 9 am on a Sunday. The two guys working today were awesome! They greeted us quickly, very efficient and seemed happy to be at work and even made a personal connection. Our sandwiches were great, fresh and worth the cost.

Port of Subs never disappoints. The sandwiches are always fresh, made right in front of you, and packed with flavor. I like that they slice the meats and cheeses to order — it makes a huge difference in taste compared to other sub places. The bread is soft but holds everything together well, and the toppings are always crisp and plentiful.
The staff is usually friendly and quick, and the service feels personal since they actually listen to how you want your sub built. Prices are fair for the quality you get, and portions are satisfying without being over the top.

I went to this sandwich shop to pick up lunch for some workers. The older man working there, whom I assume is the owner, is NOT a friendly person AT ALL. He definitely picked the wrong line of business to be in. I will avoid this place from now on.

I have been coming to this port of subs for many years as it is the closest to my house. The management here has always been extremely accommodating and attentive to all my orders over the past years. They always use the best ingredients and make each sandwich with love! It is a family owned establishment and I’ve met each family member. They all care so much about the customer and treat each customer with the same awesome attitude. I will keep coming here not just because of distance, but because of the service and delicious food! I recommend it to anyone who wants a high quality sandwich and wants to support an amazing family.

When we walked in the young guy was super nice. Then the manager came over and it felt like a hostile work environment. So I guess the guy added 2 extra slices of ham to the sandwich which they removed. Then added my lettuce and tomato. After the sandwich was together she took the lettuce off the counter and added it. I’ve never seen that before in any port of subs they open a drawer and scoop the leftover lettuce. You’re lucky I didn’t walk out. First and last time here. If I get sick I’ll know why.

This place was amazing from the moment we walked in. We opened the door and were instantly greeted, had a short wait to put in our order. Once the girl at the counter was ready she was very friendly, made our sandwiches look like they were in a commercial and was efficient. Everything was extremely clean and she even wiped the knife after cutting a sandwich with veggies as to not get anything on the plain sandwich. We were highly impressed with this location and will be coming here every time. By far our best port of subs experience. Good job you guys, keep up the excellent work! xD
