Visit Port of Subs. Such a great company culture with politeness and a fresh, tasty product at a great price!
Meat is SUPER THIN… Like see thru thin.
Staff (NICK) was super rude. Seems to have a God complex and is rudely bossy to his staff. I have added pics of the food prep area. Nasty. I made them clean up before they made my food. I witnessed cross contamination and multiple times they needed to be told by customers to wash the knifes and change their gloves.
Will NOT RETURN.
And before some bot replies to this with a please email us at whatever. I already did and the 10$ to fix my large order is kinda insulting and ill just go to the subway from now on.
The food was exactly what I expect at this point in time, and the folks who made my sandwich were perfectly fine, however the gentleman cashiering was needlessly rude. AFTER I had already paid, he humiliatingly corrected me on the verbiage for ordering a combo. It’s Port of Subs, and I order online often enough to know a sweet combo with a bag of chips is cheaper than a savory combo with a brownie, but it’s $.80 so I really couldn’t care less. I recognize it’s probably policy to charge the higher amount when possible, but to whoever the gentleman in all black (not the uniform the other staff were wearing) is, it was unnecessary to inform me of the “correct way to order” in front of the other guests and two staff AFTER I had already paid and was stepping away. Seriously, you just looked silly telling a customer at a Port of Subs how to order just because you want to make $.80 that was already paid for.
