The shop is clean and the employees are nice. However, the problem is inconsistency. One trip is a 5-star sandwich, soft bread and fresh meat, and they don’t skimp you with 1 slice. Other trips it’s a 1-Star, you get stale bread, older meat and a slice of meat. Today’s Roast beef was brown and had an off flavor, on good days it’s slightly pink and tastes way better. I like having th Port of Subs out here, but the inconsistencies of quality is frustrating.

I went to this port of subs on my lunch break and yes I agree the inside is nice and clean well put together. The service was ok but the reason for one star is because I got a number 15 8” subway I asked for oil vinegar salt and pepper… when I got back to my job and was able to eat EVERY BITE TASTED LIKE I WAS BITING INTO A PALE OF SALT I tried rubbing it off nothing helped I didn’t even finish it after 3 bites . The worst part is I got the biggest migraine of my life no exaggeration my whole head was throbbing I drunk 5 bottles of water trying to flush my system out I tried taking Tylenol and Aleve nothing worked. My mouth kept watering like I had to throw up then I started feeling sick and weak so I left work and had to get a point for leaving early. Soon as I got home nonstop throwing up. I wish I was paying for attention when he was doing that part instead of looking for my card but it seems like he just dumped the whole salt container on my sandwich. And to anyone wondering i would’ve took it back but i went @11:45am after that i only get two 10 mins breaks in which i have clock out and clock in and I get off @7pm so i

Decided instead of cooking dinner in this almost 100 degree weather that Port of Subs was the best choice. Walked in greeted with a smile from both employees but what really made the visit great was Leslie! Her outstanding customer service skills, upbeat attitude, and her energy was 10/10. My dinner tonight was made with love and a smile and every bite had the perfect amount of veggies and shakers on it! This store is always very clean as well which is a plus too!
