Don’t know what the issue was with the guy and girl working around 7:30-8:00 pm on Tuesday 10/21. If you don’t like making sandwiches then find another job but to make rude comments and glare at customers for coming in and ordering is ridiculous. It’s not anyone’s fault but yours that you work in a sandwich shop and have to work until 8 pm. Guess what princess. I work at 4 am. The manager needs to reach out or I’ll be by tomorrow to speak with them in person. Also you weren’t out of printer paper, you just wanted to carded towards my wife. Can’t call yourself a man and treat a woman that way

Upon entering Tuesday night about a hour before closing the staff were very polite and friendly greeting me as I walked in. They keep their store very clean and everything is always fresh and taste good. Both staff closing that were working hard and were able to hold a friendly conversation while still remaining quick and preparing my sandwich to my standards. I am very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend to anyone. Best Port Of Subs in Reno!

I know this isn’t the normal so, I won’t completely dump on this location. The store, is nice and clean. The employees were nice, despite my entrance coming 20 minutes until closing.

I am always on the go for work and selective on where I chose but I love stopping here for my lunch break. Even during lunch rush this location is on it. Store and food line are always clean. Staff greets every customer when the walk in. Produce is always fresh. This place is always on it!

Port of Subs is definitely my favorite go to spot for lunch. Nothing beats a #2 sub, with mayo, jalapeños, onions, lettuce, spinach leaves, and all the shakers! Everything is always so fresh. This store is by far my favorite because of the atmosphere and workers inside! Way better than Subway.
